A place where luxury meets nature with retro flair and even touch of Oscar gold won by one of the hosts. Come enjoy this fabulous oasis including a spa room featuring a hot tub and sauna. AND... you have your own vintage arcade including Skee Ball, Cruisin' USA and Candy Crane!!!

The space
Get away from the packed and noisy 'end of day' beach crowd and luxuriate blissfully and serenely at The Oscar House --- a newly & completely renovated and reimagined house. Everything in this oasis is brand new --- EVERY SINGLE THING!

This coastal retreat features two bedrooms with both a queen and twin bed in each. The bedrooms have smart TVs as well as Thuma furniture, organic, custom mattresses by Plushbed and 800 thread count sheets. You will have the best night's sleep of your life.

The kitchen, home to Maryann's Oscar, features all new smart appliances by LG, a stunning apron farmhouse sink, beautiful bespoke kitchen island as well as a custom built side dining table. The elegant gold lighting features are from Rejuvenation.

Off the kitchen is the brand new bathroom appointed with custom tile and a rain head shower system! The entire bathroom is sourced from Signature Hardware.

The gorgeous hallway leads to the enclosed Spa room where you can luxuriate in the brand new sunken hot tub and sauna!

The living room features a relaxing sectional - perfect for lounging and watching the Samsung Frame TV which turns into gorgeous artwork when not watching your favorite Netflix movie! For the 80s kid in you, there is a commercial grade, tabletop arcade featuring Pac Man and my personal favorite, Galaga! The best part of the living room is the large window offering a glorious view of the property.

In the basement is a brand new laundry room featuring a smart Washer and Dryer by LG.

This gem is set on 3 idyllic acres in which you will see chickens and even a female turkey named "Tomela" roaming!

Enjoy the day at the beach or outlet shopping then pick up some freshly caught lobsters (a mile away - cooked in sea water) and come home an have a wonderful meal and much deserved relaxation at The Oscar House!
