We are a guest hauz with Garden Courtyard, BBQ facilities and FREE WIFI internet.
We are mix Filipino family owned and all the staff are live in, it is like one big happy family. Our little 3 year old girl Yana is the big boss, she is very matured and has on occasion welcomed guests to their room ^_^ and it seems she might of been the inspiration of the rooms design...note the candy colors of rooms are reminiscent of ones' childhood play room/bedroom.
And come to think of it the building itself looks very much like a big doll house!
Our Studios are fresh and simple with a splash of candy color!
We are located in a residential village so we have a very homely feel, yet we are only a 5 minute walk to the world famous White Beach, you exit out of a public walk way near Willy's Rock Station 1 (one of the most photographed landmarks on Boracay Island).
We are located in Station 1: What people would say the 'best part of the beach' is.
* 1 minute walk to the Main Road (opposite the luxury "Two Season's Resort"). Public transport and tricycles can be easy hailed here.
* 5 Minutes walk to White Beach (exit on the beach near "Willy's Rock") by a public walk way
* 1 minute walk to the Riding stables
* Few minutes ride to the golf course
* Few minutes to Happy Dream Land Theme Park
* Few minutes ride D'Mall and Station 2 attractions
We are located 1 minute walking to many of the luxury Station 1 beachfront Hotels, so you get Station 1 location, without the Station 1 price. Why? We are NOT on the beach, but 5 minutes walk from it, our access road is not concreted, it is only a rural road in the village, but it is only a 1 minute walk and already you are on the Main road,(of course that is concreted) and you are opposite the famous luxury "Two Seasons Resort". So warning: Do not come in high heels *_*.
In Boracay, besides the world famous beaches we also offer a more rustic and unique experience. We are in a residential village with some farmland surroundings yet only walking distance to the 'commercial tourist area'. If you want to have a glimpse of local life, buy some fresh produce from street vendors to cook or grill yourself, drink some local beers/rum, see an organic farm next door and maybe even share the road with a few horses, chickens, goats, etc as they cross over to go home and generally turn back the clock to colonial times.....well we have it here.
We are new so we don't have many reviews yet, but we do have reviews on Tripadvisor which is considered a much more reliable source for travellers. Just look us up and check it out.
Also because we are new, please ring us if you get lost. We do have a map provided in the photos section, you can print this out and show it to the tricycle drivers.
Our Studios have: Air conditioning, kitchenette with stove, private bathroom, Free WIFI, cable T.V, fridge, built in storage and balcony/terrace.
Studios for 2 Adults occupancy have 1 X Double bed. The rates are for 2 persons occupancy only, extra person charge is P300. Up to 1 child under 6yrs old can stay for free provided that they share the existing bedding, Any additional children will be treated as an adult and will need to pay extra person charge.
We also cater to guests who like to save money and cook, the room has a stove or you are most welcome to use our BBQ in the (website hidden) equipment is available and shared with other guests.
Check out time is 10:00AM
Minimize noise after 10:00PM
No curfews - key can open apartment anytime and front gate is not locked.
We have onsite staff and 24hr CCTV camera security system.
We do not have pets of our own, but we often have cats visit our property.
Sheets and beddings are changed on a weekly basis by our staff
We have shared kitchen utensils and cooking equipment available for all guests to use, but please return after each use clean to our staff
Anything you are unsure of just ask.
Ashely was quiet and helpful. The room was clean, however they need to look at a way of switching off air con without switching off all power. Too high to switch off unit. Toilet broke down and Internet was difficult to access sometimes. Shower area quite small.
Thank you so much for your feedback it is very helpful. We actually didn't know the toilet need fixing, thank you for alerting us to this fact. Yes we know that the air-con switch is quite high and whilst it can be adjusted, but takes effort (stand up on the bench), as for internet, we do understand the frustration of most guests, but unfortunately there is but 2 suppliers of internet on the island, and both of them have disruptions. We have switched between suppliers, upgraded our packages and even have 2 internet connection points with another 2 backup devices, and yet internet cannot reach the speeds and reliability of 1st world countries. I guess it is helpful to let guests know about this beforehand, so that they can be aware that this is an issue that can be experienced everywhere on Boracay. We do sometimes get guests who question why some resorts like Shangri-la (or larger resorts) will have stable internet and whilst our places, like our humble guest house cannot get the same supply, well its very simple, Resorts like Shangri-la have there own satellite tower, we do not. *_^
I hope this has been helpful.

Pretty good location to road and majority of resturants in station 1. Good room, super great AC, and friendly staff.
nice budget place for Boracay, just a few minutes walking to S1 beach, love it ...
The staff is friendly and it's about a 10min walk from the beach.
The house itself is located in a very undeveloped area (without concrete roads) so tricycles cant drop you off infront of the house.
The room that we stayed in was definitely not in the clean and new ate as indicated on the picture, its probably been a few good years.
The room was very pricey for what we actually got, but then again being able to walk to the beach is quite nice.
Thank you for staying with us, Yes you are correct, we are located in a residential area, our access road is not concreted, but its only 1 minute walk to the main road where easy transport can be hailed. Tricycles drivers do come to our doorstep, but they charge a little bit more (60 to 70pesos for door to door private tricycle hire (fits 4 to 6 persons) and only 10pesos for any public hop-on hop-off tricycle on the main road. However, I'm surprised when you say that our rooms were not as 'new' as the pictures, because the pictures were taken less than 6months ago, the building itself was only completed in 2013! Boracay in general is not as cheap a destination as before. The prices were a little higher than normal as you stayed close to Chinese New Year and Valentines day. However, compared to many other places we believe we are still value for money as what you paid per person is equivalent to a dormitory rate (just bed space in a shared room), whereas for the same price, you have gotten a private air-con room with private terrace, private bathroom (hot and cold water), stove for cooking, free WIFI, etc. However, we are constantly looking to give better service and value to our guests so any feedback is appreciated.
Room is so tidy and clean, staff is very accommodating. Even if my laundry went off with the wind the staff did an extra mile to successfully retrieve them :-) Thanks a lot, and im sure ill contact you again when i'm back at Boracay.
