(5) Sorry our prices are fixed.
(6) We can only accommodate two people per room, no matter how nice, quiet, or flexible the third person in your party might be.

This is our home and the only rules are to respect it and to enjoy. We can help and give advice on car or bike rentals, personal driver and all the wonder trips that are available here in the "Rose of the North" Chiang Mai.
The rice barn is the main area and accommodates 2 guests. Sat TV, WIFI, Vanity Unit, Refrigerator, Balcony. Private kitchen and dining area. Large garden and seating areas, BBQ area, additional guests would stay in the other rooms.
2 further rooms are available on request.
Each of these double rooms are private and have on suit bathrooms with shower and toilet. WIFI, Satellite TV, ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

The experience in rice barn is excellent. Wonderful view, peaceful environment, detailed decoration and funny doggies, all of them make the memory there unforgettable. Kind driver Nina also offers much more convenience so that we have a fabulous sightseeing in Chiang Mai. Everything are equipped and well prepared. Highly recommend.
The rice barn was such a fabulous place for leisure time. Besides Al & Nok's friendly hosting, the rice barn itself was quiet and cosy, at night it was cool and the fan can do for daytime. Since the rice barn is not that close to the town, 20min by car, renting a car at the domestic airport is recommended. Also, we enjoyed the satellite TV and chatted a lot thanks to not that well functional wifi. ;)
Thanks very much for the great experience, Al & Nok!
Amazing garden.we've stay in the cabin for 6 days. I like the design of that house. Ali and Nok are very nice host, anything you need they can help. Rent a car during your stay would be very handy. Highly recommend rice barn and rooms.
Al was a wonderful host! The airport had lost our luggage, and Al and his wife were very gracious in lending us a hand in contacting the airport as well as helping us book a car driver who still brought us to see the elephants and sights of Chiang Mai. The stay was very comfortable and I would recommend the Rice Barn for anyone wanting to experience the beautiful nature from a comfortable distance, akin to "glamping" if you will. Overall we all had a wonderful experience!
If you would like to feel home when you are away from home for a holiday in Chiangmai, RICE BARN will be the choice.
Our host, Ali and Nok are living & enjoying their life in a piece of land which I called it "heaven on earth" and they are willing to share the joys with us. Why don't you make your choice?
Basically I love greenery, tranquillity, spaces, artistic design, simple but warm.....Rice barn delivered it.
By the way, we even had a good time laying in the garden at night, looking at the stars, chit-chatting while waiting for the falling stars on 15 Dec 2014. We got it and we hope our wishes would come true :-)
A word of reminder : it is a bit further from the town center, just be prepared on the transportation expenses which can be managed via the helps of Ali or even utilise the public transports.
Thanks Ali and Nok! ( Komkumkha)
这里真的很棒!环境 空气都很好，但是离清迈市区还是有一段距离，不过还好房东夫妇都很热情！thank u so much ! we love here!
