Casa de la Luna is a beautiful building building in a stunning location. The house is an open concept, allowing you to feel right in the jungle while at the same time surrounded by gorgeous architecture. I spent an evening alone in the pool watching the sunset (amazing in Santa Teresa) and the stars come out over the ocean. It was magical. Virginia is a fantastic, caring host, who really goes out of her way to make your stay unbelievable. She even took the time to drive me to town and show me the best place to get ceviche. All in all, definitely a 5 star spot! And I will be back not only for the view but to visit the wonderful host!
Virginia was a great host. The place was clean, the pool was refreshing and had an amazing view. The other guests that stayed at Casa de La Luna were friendly and we were able to learn a bit of Spanish. The breakfasts were tasty. I would recommend renting an ATV to get around town and to get to the house. I would highly recommend Casa de La Luna.
Casa de la luna was gorgeous. It's a beautiful and open house sitting on a hill overlooking Pacific Ocean. Virginia was very nice, accommodating and helpful. She picked me up from the bus stop, dropped me off to have dinner, told me everything about the area, helped me rent and atv, find a place to stay for another day and even lent me some cash when I couldn't get any from ATM on Christmas Day! Besides her famous breakfast was full filing and delicious;) I would love to stay at her gorgeous villa again and I'm sure I will-this time w friends or family. Highly recommend it. Just be aware that it's on a very steep hill so any motor vehicle is required to get to the top. Atvs r great for that. Otherwise it's quite a work out which is not bad if u r into it;) thanks for everything Virginia! You are a wonderful soul and a great host;)
