This beautiful custom A-Frame sits just 30 minutes from Breckenridge for the perfect romantic getaway or relaxing trip for a small group of friends. Kick back underneath the stars in our star gazing net or soak it up in the wood barrel tub with scenic views of the mountains. Your peaceful getaway awaits! The area is filled with plenty of hikes, fishing, and outdoor activities for you to enjoy!

⭐️Driving/Parking: Please be advised that the house is located on a dirt road and the area can get heavy snow, 4WD/AWD is REQUIRED from October-May. The county does plow the roads and we do plow the driveway, however we are not held responsible for any unforeseen weather issues.⭐️
⭐️2.5 hrs from DEN Intl Airport take 285 HWY Not I-70 traffic.⭐️
⭐️Drinking water: we are on a well system, however we have a UV sanitation system for the entire house and an additional further purified drinking water located next to the kitchen sink for you to enjoy⭐️

Check out is 10 AM, Check in is 4 PM. If you are hoping to check in earlier or check in later, please let us know and we can try and accommodate as best as we can.
⭐️Sleeping and Bathroom Set Up⭐️
There are 2 sleeping spaces available!
1. Loft style bedroom: This Room has a KING bed.
2. Downstairs bedroom: This room has a KING bed.
As well as we have one full bathroom equipped with all shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for you and an additional half bathroom

We supply all your basic cooking needs such as pots and pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, glassware, plates, and basic spices such as salt/pepper.
⭐️Work Space⭐️
We have a dedicated workspace downstairs for you to use if you wish! The house is equipped with Starlink Wifi and can handle video calls and streaming!
⭐️Outdoor set up⭐️
This is one of our favorite parts of the house, we have a cedar wood tub that you can soak in the views! As well as dining and seating area and our personal favorite, a star gazing net! Lay under the stars with your group and take in all the stars at night!

The cabin is just 19 miles to Breckenridge, 3 miles to Alma, and 9 miles to Fairplay. There is a plethora of option for hikes (including 14’ers), fishing, and outdoor activities in the area!
Other Things to Note:
✅Driving/Parking: Please be advised that the house is located on a dirt road so an SUV is required October-May. As well as highly encourages the other months.
There is ample parking, but please do not park in the lower level of the driveway, even though you may show up without snow on the ground, the area can get an extreme amount of snow overnight and your car will get stuck down there. Please park next to the trash cans.
✅Please note we are at almost 11,000 ft of elevation so if you have any health concerns please advise your doctor before making the trip.
✅Pets: No more than 2 dogs per reservation. They must be house-trained and well behaved. There is an additional $50 per pet cleaning fee per reservation. There is a $100 fee for pets that were not registered prior to check-in. An additional fee will be charged to repair/replace any items that are damaged or for any cleaning complications that may arise due to your pets.
✅ WIFI: We have Star link internet for the house that works great! You can make video calls and stream with ease!
✅ Family Friendly: The cabin is family friendly, and we welcome you to bring your children, however it has not been kid proofed, so we ask that you make sure to monitor your kids while staying with us to prevent any accidents.
✅ Smoking: No smoking/vaping 420 or cigarettes inside or outside
✅ Security Cameras: We do have security cameras that are all OUTSIDE, we have them placed by the entrances for your safety. They are located at the Front Sliding door, the Side entrance door, and the back Entrance door at the top of the stairs.
✅Staircase: The spiral staircase is fun and easy to use however please be careful and hold onto the hand railing
✅Fires: Wildfires are one of the biggest concerns for us as a community, we have a strict no fires or BBQs rule in order to prevent any accidental fires being started. We take this very seriously and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
✅Parties: We have a no parties rule for the house, the house is accommodated to sleep up to 4 people, this is a rule with park county in order to obtain our short-term rental license and we cannot accommodate anything over 4 people. If you are caught to be having more than 4 people, we will have to impose fines unfortunately.
✅Noise Ordinance: We are in a quiet remote area, so out of respect for our neighbors we ask that we limit noise outside from the hours of 10 pm to 8 am, we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
✅Washer/Dryer: Washer and dryer are available for you to use, washer pods are available to use. A steamer is also available.
