Diana and Lilian are very welcoming. They gave us good tips and Nice recommandations.
The room si small but you do not need more.
It si good to know that it is on the 6th floor (without elevator) but with all the good stuff you eat un NY... It helps you to keep your shape.
The aerea is nice, a lot of good restaurants around whigs is great she you are tired after agood day walk. Subway very near.
This is a comfortable, clean apartment and Diana and Lilian are nice. The neighborhood is great! The room could use a lamp so you can read at night, but otherwise this simple little room does the trick!
Diana was a great host. She welcomed me even though I came into NY quite late and was always super friendly and helpful. The room is super nice, just as on the photo. There were even fresh flowers on the table. The bed is very comfortable. The location is just perfect and I really enjoyed the tips Diana had for me - best japanese restaurant I have been to in a very long time.
Diana and Lilian were fabulous hosts. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and subway is so close. They are very personable and seem to love meeting new people. That is exactly what I had hoped for. Great time, thanks so much
Diana was awesome and this is definitely the best airbnb I've stayed in in NYC (and I've stayed in a lot). I had a late night arrival and she was more than accommodating. The space is large and clean with great hosts! Highly recommended!
The apartment was great! Very nice and neat room, plus spacious shared areas. The area is fantastic and easy to get around the city. Definitely recommend!
Diana and Lilian have been very accomodating during my stay in NYC. I took a red eye flight from Vegas and arrived at around 7am to the apartment. Diana was kind enough to wake up so early to let me in my room. They had the towels and my bed ready. The apartment is in a great area of Chelsea. They're only a few blocks from the E train from the airport and to Chelsea market. The Doughnut Plant is also a few blocks from their house and that's where I started my day. I was plenty busy during my stay and they were never a bother. When I did see them, they gave me directions and suggestions for places to see and eat. My overall first time experience with airbnb and with them has been amazing. I would recommend anyone who visits NYC to stay with them.
I was born in the Manila, raised in the lovely city of San Francisco, and now live in the mean streets of Manhattan. I'm a permanent urban dweller, well traveled, and have had several international (website hidden) in the past. I make at least one international trip for work and one (or more) for personal a year. Currently, my boyfriend Lilian and I live in a beautiful, sunny 2-Bedroom flat in Chelsea.
My favorite "hobby", if you can call it that, is trying out new restaurants. I eat out quite often, though I also love to cook elaborate meals at home for my friends. The most important criteria in selecting my lodging and living arrangements, aside from basic cleanliness (I hate clutter), is it's proximity to great dining. Apart from eating, I'm known to knock back a few cocktails and tear up the dance floor.
