  • Toa is a great host. I was so surprised he could speak Chinese. His condo located in a nice place that near the Disney probably just 2 or 3 bus stops. And he was so nice that drove me to the Disney. I had an impressive experience.

  • I stayed with Toa during the entire month of September and it felt like home. Everything was perfect and extremely comfortable. His entire place was exceptionally clean and uncluttered. The bed was unbelievably comfortable with extra sets of linen if I wanted to change them. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals. The amenities of the building include everything you need: a beautiful swimming pool, a gym, gated and secured, my own parking space. Also, the view from Toa's balcony is stunning. I enjoyed sitting out there and watching the sunset. If you are looking for an ideal and central location, this is it!!! It's not only close to Disneyland but also walking distance to the Block in Orange which is a shopping mall with several great restaurants to choose from. Toa is genuine and one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was friendly and made me feel welcome. I now have a good friend in LA and will definitely be staying with him again. Thank you Toa for making my trip to LA a comfortable and memorable one!!!

  • We had a great time staying with Toa. He has a really nice appartment and the room is very comfortable. We visited Disneyland while staying in Anaheim which was just a 15min busride away. We really enjoyed the Pool which belongs to the appartmentarea.

Thx Toa for the nice stay!

  • Toa was quick to respond, available when needed, a great resource for directions, and a thoughtful and conscientious host. His condo is lovely and perfectly located. I had a short 2 block walk to my conference, and although time did not allow much leisure for me, the condo is centrally located to everything one could hope to do in California: amusement parks, gorgeous beaches, LA and all of its activities. I highly recommend this comfortable and affordable alternative to a boring hotel.

  • The pictures dont lie - this penthouse is what you're looking for! Perfect location close to Disney Land and safe neighbourhood. No matter which direction you walk in, you will find plenty of shops and places to eat. Toa wasn't home during our stay but his room mate Julian helped us out with whatever we needed. Toa was also very prompt with his replies and communication was a breeze even while he was away. Thank u so much for a lovely stay!

  • We had an amazing stay here with Toah. He was so welcoming and helpful and we loved his inquisitive nature about the English way of life. We were two young females using this as a base for Disney and it worked perfectly, getting a shuttle bus from just across the way and spending a day before hand lounging by the salt water pool which is amazingly clean and quiet. Would definitely visit again! Thank you Toah!

  • What a place! Toa's penthouse is an amazing place to stay while we were in Anaheim. Toa was incredible host and did a great job of making us feel like we lived in Anaheim. It's very close to the Hyatt Regency Hotel. He also offered to cook us breakfast one morning which was super appreciated! only two things that I didn't like: No lock on bedroom door & a few fruit flies. Would definitely recommend to others!

About
I am third generation American from English ancestry. I spend a lot a time in Tahiti with family and friends there. I have adopted many aspects of Polynesian culture. I can cook some islander foods. I have sung in a Samoan Choir, danced in national dance group competitions in Tahiti and Hawaii. I work as an educator at a "continuation" high school just one mile away. Between work and hobbies I am gone much of the time. I attend church in "South Central" Los Angeles regularly and work with a small choir there. Jazz, R&B, American Standards, and Pop are music styles that appeal to me. At home I am quiet and laid back. Classic cars are a passion I haven't gotten over yet. Classic films are better than most of the current films. I'm not obsessive compulsive but I do like the house to be clean for guests and myself. Let me know anything else you would like to know about me.
