Stay at our lakefront home on Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine. Enjoy coffee on the patio, a beach with shallow entry for kids, and deep water at the dock for boating. View sunsets, gardens, wildlife, and stars. Summer rentals require a 7-day minimum.

Located 4 miles from Gray Exit #63 of I-95, it's 2 hours from Boston, 30 minutes from Portland or Oxford Casino, 1 hour from Shawnee Peak, and 74 minutes from Sunday River.

The space
Spacious yard with a large stone patio and plenty of outdoor seating. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 living room areas, 2 bathrooms, laundry, workspace, propane fire stoves, Wi-Fi and high-speed internet. Enjoy outdoor living with the propane grill and chiminea.

Seasonal dock, beach with shallow entry, and deeper swimming area are available. Ideal for hiking, boating, hunting, or fishing.

Fish right from the shore in summer or on the ice in winter.

Guest access
The home must be accessed by a short staircase. There is an indoor and an outdoor staircase to access the backyard. Staircases are the only ways to reach the lake side of the home, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues or small children.

Guests can access all areas of the home except the utility room in the basement. The garage and tool shed are also locked for our personal storage.

There is a dock in the summer, but the exact installation and removal dates are determined by weather and the dock company. If the dock is in, you are welcome to park your boat there. Boats must be put in at the public landing across the lake. The back yard/lake is only accessible by stairs.

Other things to note
No smoking indoors.

Dispose of food waste properly and do not feed wildlife; it harms animals and can put you at risk.

Respect neighbors— You are surrounded by our long-time neighbors and friends. Please respect their space and peace. They are not on vacation and most likely have to work in the morning. Keep noise down, especially after 10pm and before 8am.

NO FIREWORKS.

Turn off outdoor lights when not outside to help birds migrate and enjoy stargazing.

Return items to their proper place, including PFDs on hangers and boats flipped upside down to avoid water buildup.

There's no generator. The driveway will be plowed in winter, but you may need to shovel the stairs if it snows. Shovel and sand are provided.
