This stunning, brand new apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and serenity. Nestled in the new Bokarina Beach suburb, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, this home is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind and recharge

The space
Spacious Living Area: The open-plan living room is the perfect place to relax after exploring the local beach or Sunshine Coast highlights. Large windows and doors let in natural light and open to a lovely terrace offering stunning views the southern end of the Sunshine Coast, partial ocean views and a great spot to watch the sunset over the Glasshouse Mountains in the hinterland.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: You will find everything you might need for a meal with friends, feeding the kids or tucking into some great take-away pizza from downstairs. Enjoy meals on the balcony watching the water or mountains, or use the BBQ downstairs as you watch the kids in the pool.
A coffee machine and fresh ground coffee is also available for your stay.
Basics such as milk, tea, coffee, salt & pepper and oil are supplied.

Comfortable Bedrooms: This two-bedroom apartment sleeps 4 + infant in cot. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with a relaxed coastal fee and fitted out for a restful night’s sleep. The master suite features a queen size bed, soft sheets and an ensuite.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
A port-a-cot and highchair are available for use for an additional child under 3 years of age.
All linen is supplied.

Outdoor Oasis: Relax by the 20m pool in the complex with sun lounges and seating, with ocean and coastal views. The complex also features BBQs, a steam room and a gym free for guests to use.

Modern Amenities: The home is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a stress-free stay, including Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix and Stan, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer. There is also secure basement parking.

The Bokarina Area: Explore beautiful beaches, with a patrolled beach right out the front and surf right along the strip. Extensive bike and walking tracks through beautiful vegetation and a large playground right across the road.
Dining options right at the doorstep include Bocca Italian restaurant and Wallace & Wood ice-creamery. Stoa and Sunday Coffee are great options for breakfast and lunch with more restaurants and cafes popping up.

Guest access
Guests have access to the two unit allocated car spaces in the secure garage as well as visitor car spaces.
