A pretty, rustic country cottage in beautiful Nanoose Bay. Its a lovely property on Beachcomber Peninsula. It is not right on the ocean but a quick 5 min walk to a park and beach. The cottage is separated from the main house, by a gate & fence. It is fully supplied, including Apple TV and internet, but no cable! There is clearly marked parking for a moderately sized car. The cottage is surrounded by farms , markets, hikes and beaches, but also close to all amenities.

The space
We are fully vaccinated, for the safety ofour future guests and our cleaners we request only vaccinated travellers please! The cottage is a small, comfortable space, with a good sized deck. Kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ.) hot plate but NO STOVE, living room, bedroom and bathroom... living room with a TV (apple TV/ no cable) and comfortable seating. Before requesting to book with us: PLEASE have a complete and full profile, including a description of yourself, verified government ID, and reviews. If you have no reviews, and no description, you may be declined***. We appreciate thoughtful introductions when inquiring.

Beautiful quiet neighbourhood on the peninsula... gorgeous provincial park and beach access a short walk away. 5 to10 minutes to anything you might need! Also we are approximately 30 to 40 mins to Nanaimo airport and 30 minutes to BC Ferries. 60 mins to Comox Airport, both airports serviced by Air Canada, Westjet also flys into Comox.

After living on the North Shore of Vancouver for many years, we have relocated to the island. We love our new home on Vancouver Island. We are getting to know the area well and we are in the food and wine industry. We would be so happy to recommend restaurants and wonderful spots in the vicinity. My husband is a broadcaster, I worked with the airlines for years. We have traveled a lot around the world, lived in Vancouver, San Francisco and Toronto, and we enjoy meeting people visiting beautiful Vancouver Island. We love airbnb and use it all the time in our own travels.
