***Important Update: The community is undergoing renovations. The walkways in each building are currently being sanded and over coated causing noise and dust. The walkways in this Building have been completed. If you have any questions or concerns about the timing of renovation and your stay, please reach out to me.

The landscaping project and pond revitalization projects have been started in July and anticipated completion is September 15.

The Beach and Tennis Club is in the process of revitalization after Hurricane Ian. We’re thrilled about the upgrades ahead! Please keep in mind that some amenities—like tennis, pickleball, and the onsite restaurant—are temporarily unavailable. But don’t worry! You can still bask on the beach and splash in the two onsite heated pools at Buildings 2 and 4.

We do ask our guest to sign a Rental Agreement 48 hours after receipt to protect all parties. You’re not obliged to sign anything. If you are not comfortable with it, you can decline to sign it and cancel your reservation without a cancellation penalty.

Welcome to Coastal Cove and Nautical Nook at Sandy Feet Retreat! Nestled in the Beach and Tennis Club, we’re just steps from Bonita Beach and a stroll away from fan-favorite spots like Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jack's. Sure, Hurricane Ian threw us a curveball, but every day we’re bouncing back stronger! With a little patience, we’ll be better than ever. In the meantime, soak up the sun on the beach and enjoy our two amazing onsite pools!
