The House Information
This modern 2-bedroom home offers spacious, premium mattresses for restful sleep. The cozy living and dining area provide a perfect space to relax or be productive, featuring a large 80" smart TV with Roku. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for both short and long stays, equipped with everything you need—air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and more.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed, 55" TV with Roku so you can login to your favorite apps. It has a chair for sitting, a full on suite with two sinks, and a shower (no tub).
The second bedroom has a king bed, with a TV also with a Roku. It has a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 1 sink.
Loft/Workspace
There's a nice SEALY AlwayzAire Quilted Air Mattress that you can setup and use with a privacy screen. It has an automatic pump and will monitor if air is coming out and fill it back up throughout the night if needed. Extra sheets and pillows are with it in the space as well.
Both bathrooms come with Shampoo, Body Wash, and Conditioner. Additionally both bathrooms have a hair dryer and other amenities such as hand soap and mouthwash.

Designed with business travelers in mind, the home features a dedicated workspace, high-speed Fast Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Apps on the TV and a Roku where you can sign in to your own apps quickly. Feels like home.

This is our primary residence yet we are away a lot on business travel. We enjoy sharing our home with others! Please enjoy -- it comes with all the amenities that make AirBnB so special -- and please respect that this is our home too.
Also note there is an queen size air mattress available for the loft that will sleep 2 more adults.
Parking & EV Charging (Tesla Charger)
We do have a double garage. You can also park up to 2 cars out front but a parking pass is required in the passenger windshield (we provide these). There is a $50 fee for each if not returned plus a $50 admin fee for the city to re-issue them. No large vehicles or trailers can be parked out front or back.
There is a Universal Tesla EV Charger in the garage for those who have a Tesla or EV cars and want to charge. You can charge free nightly between 11 pm and 6 am. If you need to charge outside that window, please contact us and we will turn it on and assess a fee based on usage.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and relaxing outdoor patio. Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage, with two additional spots out front (with Guest Pass Provided). A Tesla and Universal EV charger are available, with free charging during certain hours. Please note a couple of closets are locked for owner storage.
Other things to note
While this is our primary residence, we are away frequently and love sharing our home with guests. Please enjoy your stay and treat it with care!
How do I check in?
The day of your arrival, we send the details for your check-in: address, door code, and Wi-Fi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check-in the code may not work. Just remind us!
Parking
If parking out front, a guest pass is required (which we provide) to be on the passenger side windshield. Please note that Parking passes are $50 each so if not returned, there is a fee assessed for each and a $50 fee for the city to reissue more to us. Thank you for helping us. We want you to enjoy your stay.
Can I extend my stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar and then send a confirmation with the new payout.
Are pets allowed?
No Pets: We do not accommodate pets. We will have to assess a fine if you bring it. We are very allergic to cats and will have to have the house specially cleaned if a violation occurs.
Are there extra pillows?
Both king beds will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well as extra pillows. If you need anything else please don't hesitate to request and we will accommodate you if at all possible.
Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-4) friends pop over, this is not an issue. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses.
Is smoking allowed outside?
No, Smoking inside or outside the home would result in a 2,000.00 fee (fine) for cleaning and possibly blocking nights for other guests.
Are a washer and dryer available?
Yes. The washer/dryer inside the home.
What is a MUST do in Dallas-Fort Worth?
You have the water park and Peppa the Pig Theme Park 5 mins away. Also NYTEX is a short walk from the house which has hockey, trade shows, volleyball and more.
Of course, everyone enjoys the AT&T stadium, Nascar, and Six Flags but we love The Dallas Arboretum (especially in spring and fall), the Stockyards, and other outdoor activities like Clyde Warren Park. New Universal Park is coming to Frisco about 35 mins away and you have Fritz Adventure about 35 mins away near Nebraska Furniture Mart.
Christmas Holiday Season you are 10-15 minutes from Grapevine a Christmas Village and the Polar Express Christmas Train (Tickets are required and go fast). Ice Skating and more.
Don't miss the Fort Worth Stockyards which you can also get to by the Grapevine train year round or drive over to see it. Lots to do and historic family friendly day.
15 minutes from Dickies Arena if you are coming for a concert or event.
Dallas / Fort Worth Metro area is massive with tons to do. Horse back riding, shopping, food to explore and more.
