Welcome to our charming 1925 retreat in a quietly situated blocks from Broad Ripple's arts district in Indianapolis, IN. Decorated with modern furnishings, this cozy space sleeps 6 and features a gas-burning stone fireplace and 1-gig WIFI. Perfect for business travelers, concerts, sporting events, or exploring. You're a short drive to Hinkle Fieldhouse, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and charm all in one place!

The space
The house has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. There is a half bath upstairs and full bath downstairs. There’s a fully stocked kitchen if you want to make home-cooked meals. The dining room can accommodate six people. There’s also a breakfast nook area with small table and chairs which can be used as a work space if desired.
The living room has a Vizio smart tv with Apple AirPlay a comfy leather couch and gas fireplace. Games are available for your use.
The backyard is fully fenced in with privacy fencing. This is great if traveling with your dog. There’s also a nice large table outside for alfresco dining.
