Caipirinha Villa has 11 bedrooms and accommodates up to 20 guests. Extra guests beyond 20 are charged ₱1,000 per person per night.The van can seat approx. 16 people. Since we are on a small island, it’s easy to make 2 trips or arrange a second van if needed. Please check the room/bed layout below and arrange the rooms as you prefer. We provide 4 extra single mattresses and 2 baby cribs upon request.Parties & Events: Please ask in advance — they are not allowed without prior approval.

This luxury private villa, Caipirinha Villa, offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and personalized service in the Boracay area. With 11 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests (extra guests ₱1,000 per person per night).

At Caipirinha Villa, we provide 5 full-time staff including a dedicated van + driver (24/7, included) and 4 maids who handle daily cleaning, shopping, cooking, and BBQ for you. They are great cooks and can prepare most meals or assist with your own cooking.
Prefer full privacy? Just let the staff know — they live below the villa and will only enter when requested.

Caipirinha Villa is in a quiet residential area — just a 10-minute walk to the Diniwid beach (home to "Dinibar" which is my favourite place ) and a 10-minute drive to the main bars and restaurants at station 1 and D mall area.

Parties & Events
We have hosted many birthdays and wedding cocktail parties for up to 100 guests at Caipirinha Villa. Please ask in advance — an event fee applies depending on group size. Staff can arrange food and drinks. Outside food and drinks are not allowed for events. We’ve tried to anticipate every need at Caipirinha Villa — if there’s anything specific you’d like prepared on arrival, just send us a list.
