Fastest Wi-Fi in Austin! East downtown. Queen tufted bed with new medium firm mattress in a tastefully decorated bedroom. Ensuite is part of a wonderful private 3 bed 4 bath fully furnished house with private patio. Bikes available with helmets and locks.

State of art appliances, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Brand new furniture including top of line mattress and bed linens. Restaurants, bars within walking distance of the house. Safe street parking and public transportation a few blocks away. 2 available bikes provided to guests. Location: East downtown next to University of UT at Austin.

If I am in town I love meeting with my guests and giving them tips about places to eat in town.
I am a full time nurse manager who works long hours. I can be as helpful as you need me to while leaving you to enjoy the place all by yourself. Text me for information about public transportation, nearby restaurants, bars and delivery places available.

Other things to note
East downtown Austin is a melting pot with great bars, restaurants and a laid back vibe. You are next to UT with great restaurants and bars too. You can bike ( there are 2 guest bikes available for you), ride the metro, or drive. You are right next to Interstate 35 and a few minutes to 183, Airport Boulevard and the toll road, the main highways cutting through Austin. Easy access anywhere.

The house is an amazing 3 bedroom-4 bath contemporary style 5 year old construction. You will have your own fully furnished bedroom with attached bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and outside patio will be all yours and is fully stocked and furnished. The place is quiet, cool, tastefully decorated and safe.
