The cabin features sleek, clean lines and timeless furnishings, while its warm wooden interiors, a crackling fire pit outside, and large bare windows for natural light, creates a tranquil retreat. The ambience inside is warm and softly lit, with low lighting that enhances the cozy atmosphere.

The space
Cozy Brewer Way is a short drive, around 15 minutes away or about 7 miles, from the main attractions in Big Bear.

NOTE
This property has a medical exemption granted by Airbnb, which means no animals of any kind, including service animals, are permitted.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a 65” Fire TV, AC unit, board games, and throw blankets. Plenty of natural light comes in through the bare windows and skylight during the day.

BED & BATH
Cabin sleeps 4 guests between 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is upstairs, has an A-Frame ceiling with a chandelier, wall sconce dim lighting, and a bare window for natural light.

The other bedroom is downstairs with a sliding door leading out to the deck, wall sconce dim lighting, and curtain for additional privacy.

Each bedroom has a king size Casper bed, Fire TV, and AC unit.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A stacked washer/dryer is available.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

The dining table has bench seating and chairs.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
There is a gas BBQ grill, a gas fire pit with bench seating, hot tub, and additional patio chairs. An EV Charger Level 2 for Tesla & J1772 is available.

PARKING
There are 4 open parking spaces on the driveway within the property.

Guest access
You will have access to all areas of the cabin with the exception of the storage closet upstairs and the outdoor sheds.
