  • Thank you Lee and Anthony for a delightful visit. We enjoyed sharing your home with you. The positive reviews were spot on.

  • My sister and I enjoyed the quaint, rustic setting of the ranch. It was far enough away from the town to be peaceful, yet still close to downtown and the beach. We immediately felt welcomed and at home, and Lee was a warm and informative host. Loved the excellent coffee and fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast, as well as the delicious avocados to take home!

  • Lee's home on the Avocado Ranch was a beautiful escape for our everyday in LA. She greeted us with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolate and we spent the evening outside around the fire pit. Everything about our stay was fantastic, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!

  • We had a wonderful stay at Lee's place. For those who would love a glimpse into California history--the early days of avocado and citrus groves and ranches--Lee's house is a delight. Lee was gracious and helpful when we needed tips on places to eat and visit. We would stay here again!

  • Fabulous place! Wish we could have stayed longer and used the fire pit and sat around and chatted! Everything was beautiful and Lee had thought of every little thing that we might need. She wasn't there to greet us as she had gone to LA for Father's Day, but her son showed us around and made us feel very welcome. This place is like being in the middle of the country, yet you are a few minutes from town.

  • Lee Graham's Rustic Avocado Ranch is as wonderfully charming and eclectic as she portrays it. She has paid utmost attention to all the details of her home and how it accommodates her guests- from the personalized "Welcome" chalkboard on the front door, to the fresh fruit and eggs from her hens for breakfast. What a treat it was to spend the weekend~

  • We had a wonderful time!! Lee shared her home, her family and her insight to the town with us. She has a beautiful home which was a reflection of the lovely person she is. Her home was everything she had described, and so much more. The grounds were lovely, rustic, calming and very charming. Lee (email hidden), she made us breakfast, then sat with us sharing stories of her home, the ranch and her life. We had a lovely time, and are hoping to get back in October for the avocado festival and more time with our warmhearted host.

  • The Biltmore seems nice and all, but true aesthetes will recognize the Rustic Avocado Ranch as the apex of fabulous. Lee was as generous a hostess as one can imagine. She made us feel most welcome in her warm, beautiful, and inspiring historic home. Wine, a fire pit, ping-pong, chickens, a puppy, and all the avocados one can eat! It was thoroughly dreamy. Lee also helped us figure out a romantic dinner spot, and her son Anthony oriented us to the best beaches (really, you can't go wrong in Carpinteria). We can't wait to return and explore this part of the coast further, and plan to make the Ranch our home-base again!

  • Lee was an amazing host and (email hidden) for us to stay. The avocado trees, beautiful backyard, awesome front porch, and great interior was fantastic. She kept us up to date with information around check-in and we felt very welcomed upon arrival. She made us a fantastic breakfast. It was a great experience--Thanks again!

Often you will find me outside working on a project for the next flea market, weeding/watering or making succulent gardens. Next I'm taking pictures of the statues in my garden for cards that I will send my family and friends. Yes, I'm active, usually starting my day with a 4-5 mile walk with a good friend...I do have my much needed quiet time. The times I embrace the most are when I am with my children, family and friends. We have many gatherings in the backyard to celebrate whatever we can make up a reason to get together for a meal and a good time. This is one of the reasons I wanted to share my home with airbnb guests, to help make your time away from home enjoyable and a time to remember.
