Casa Agave is an outstanding property within the chicest Design Project in Tulum, shortlisted by Dezeen, and the Winner of the Interior Design Price "Habitat" in Mexico. The house comes with incredible architecture, unique finishes, custom-made interior design and furnishings, and technical features such as a heated pool and drinkable tap water. The house is one of 5 in total that can be rented separately or all together. We offer Hotel amenities such as daily maid service.

The space
This home is on the facade of the property La CALERA and has special importance for this project. The house has 214 square meters of interior space and an additional 91.5 square
meters of exterior space. The ground floor pool has 20 square meters, and the terrace pool is 8 square meters. The living room and kitchen have high ceilings and wooden beams. The spaces are open and separated by a large arch. The kitchen counter is 1 meter deep to offer even more space.

Check in from 4pm. Check out at 11am.
The maximum capacity is 6 guests. (Additional guests are not possible) Children from 4 years on count as regular guests. Before that age they can be hosted additionally. We offer a crib upon request (limited capacity).

Chef service, massage service and transportation are provided upon request. Only our authorized providers are allowed to enter the property.

For special services, prior authorization is required.

Damages need to be covered and a service administration fee of 300 USD needs to be charged for every reparation process, plus the damage itself.
Smoking is only permitted in exterior area. No smoking allowed inside the house or it would result in a 1000 USD fine.
