This property is at the 21MM by water. By land, this property is at the point of KK, and directly across the street from Margaritaville with an indoor waterpark and Landshark Grill. Redheads, High Tide, and Shorty Pants are just a few restaruants within minutes on this point. This is one of the hot spot areas of Osage Beach.

Guests will have full access to the entire penthouse condo, including all three bedrooms, three "Ensuite" bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and the private rooftop balcony with stunning lake views. Within the Knolls complex, guests are free to enjoy the wide array of amenities at the clubhouse, including the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and indoor and outdoor pickle ball and tennis courts. For outdoor fun, take advantage of the swim platform and beach, fishing docks, and scenic walking trails. Plus, the clubhouse and BBQ picnic area are perfect for gatherings, making this the ideal spot for relaxation and recreation year-round.
Other things to note
Quiet Hours: The Knolls complex is a peaceful retreat, so we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.
Parking: Free parking is available for guests, with designated spaces close to the condo.
Stairs: Since this is a penthouse unit, there are some stairs to access the condo.
Boat Slip: This unit does have a 10x24 boat slip available for a small fee. There is also a boat ramp on the marina of property for smaller watercraft.
No Pets: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the condo.
No Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony, to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all.
Wi-Fi and Entertainment: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided, along with streaming services on the TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows.
Check-in/Check-out: Self-check-in is available via a keyless entry system, and we ask that guests adhere to check-in and check-out times for cleaning purposes.
