Beautifully garden themed room in a renovated centrally located 100m2 apartment with direct access to Barajas Airport, Atocha Central Train Station and Mendez Álvaro Sur Bus Station, as well as Sol and Museo del Prado.
This post is for a beautifully garden themed room for a max of three occupants in a renovated centrally located 100m2 apartment with an elegant open kitchen. Direct access to Barajas Airport, Atocha Central Train Station and Mendez Álvaro Sur Bus Station, as well as Sol and Museo del Prado. It is also great if you want to visit nearby towns such as Toledo and Segovia.
The apartment is super convenient. Metro Line3 Delicias is just at the street intersection. Cercanias Delicias station is just a couple of blocks up. There are also bus services that go directly to tourist spots. Whenever I go out at night we would just walk back home from Sol and it would be just an easy 25minutes stroll.
We change bed sheets after every stay so you'll get clean ones when you move in.
If you stay a week we have a 10% discount!
Check out time is 12:00. You can keep your luggage in the apartment that day so you can enjoy the rest of the day. Check-in time is at 13:30 but you are welcome to leave your belongings earlier. If the rooms are ready before that you can of course move in earlier but you would probably be outside enjoying the sun with beer on hand ;)
Any questions? Hit me up!
We just ask for basic etiquette and courtesy since this is a personal residence and not a hotel. Cheers.
Adorable room, cosy and very clean. The location is perfect with the metro in front of the flat. I strongly recommend this place!
Es segunda vez vivo en esta casa .todos son muy bien!me gusta mucho !y la madre de Aron es muy simpática y amable ,genial !hasta pronto!
We had a wonderful time while staying at Aaron's. He was away but his mother took care of us. She was there when we arrived. She graciously explained the room/ restroom set up. She gave us a map and showed us all the must see locations. She also gave us several restaurant suggestions. She provided coffee, tea and breakfast. Although I don't think that breakfast was part of the room price. Everything was very clean and all essentials were provided. I would definitely stay there again!
Hmmm...Where should I start....I have so many positive comments to say about the host and his beautiful place!
First of all, we were plaisantly surprised to receive meticulous indications on a PDF file specifying how to arrive to the flat, who to contact etc as well as an interactive map guiding us to all sorts of places to go out for a bite , including the famous chocolate con churros or tips for 1eur tapas/beer, free museums...How thoughtful!
When we arrived to his place his relative was also there to help us with our quieries and show us around the flat.
In regards to the flat, it was just as we expected, clean, coulourful (loved the decoration!), spacious and close to the metro!(We travelled by metro because of the weather but you can definitely go by foot when the weather is beautiful!)
Aaron, unfortunately we did not have a chance to meet you but big thanks to you and also your mother Margarita who was very helpful till the end!And also to your cousin who helped us while Margarita was working!
We look forward to our next stay in Madrid as we did not have enough time to visit everything!
the best airbnb experience EVER! Aaron's mom was like our mom away from home, she gave us noodles on the day we arrived cos it was pretty late at night and we were hungry. She gave lotsa good advice, maps and chatted with us like we're a family. The room and bathroom were really comfortable, clean and pretty. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I've lived in several countries and thanks to being a designer I'm able to move and work in a new city every few years.
I'm listing two apartments, one in Barcelona and another one in Madrid.
The one in Barcelona has about 130m2 and it's located on a long, beautiful wide street where people love taking afternoon walks. Best of all it's right next to the metro station. It is simply decorated but you have all the facilities you might need. If you book a room, you'll probably see my father who will be staying there for the summer. He's a retired Japanese chef and he enjoys playing classical music on his guitar when he's not teaching at the community center.
The apartment in Madrid is where we spend most of our time in. It's about 90m2 and it's very centrally located. It's also very convenient as the metro station is at the end of the street intersection. My mother is based in Madrid and has been working as a local tour guide for VIP groups from Asian countries. She still works as such and so you might or not see her during your stay.
