  • It was exactly as it was listed. It was great to have our own little apartment at this price in a fantastic location in Barca. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach/clubs and a 15 minute walk the other way to La Rambla.. which is highly over rated other than the bar Ovella Negra. Around the corner from the Gothic District and the Arc de Triumph.
Small but functional elevator which does the job and a few washers and driers. Felt very safe living here.
Loved the Supermarcado that was around the corner!
Set up a time and they were there as promised on the dot. Very friendly and answered my query promptly during our stay when I had to call them.

  • We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The location of the apartment is great, it is on walking distance from all the main sightseeings. The apartment was nice and clean and just as shown on the pictures. The communication with the hosts was good, everything was arranged upon arrival. Nothing negative to say about this apartment and the hosts therefore I would definitely recommend it!

Xenia: I am originally from Moscow and I moved to Barcelona 4 years ago. I love this city because it's a perfect combination of history, culture and seaside, mountains and beaches, because of its climate (300 sunny days in a year) and because of it's size - it not too small neither too big. I practice Yoga, play beach volley and study german language. I wish all my guests enjoy Barcelona the same way I do, and I since I know Barcelona very well, I can give you good tips on where to eat, go for a shopping, go at night, which sightseeing to visit, and whatever you wish to know about this beautiful city. I speak spanish, english, russian and german. Drasco: I am originally from Serbia, have been living in Barcelona since 2001. I like to play basketball, interested in new technologies and in foreign languages. I know every single street of the Old Town of Barcelona and a vast majority of the other Barcelona neighbourhoods. I like people and I can answer to almost any question regarding your stay in Barcelona. I speak english, swedish, russian, catalan, spanish and serbian. We prefer to travel on our own, to stay at private houses or rooms all over the world because we believe that way we can learn more about a new country, its people, traditions, etc. Our life motto: if you dare to win, you can't lose! :-) You're welcome to stay with us in Barcelona! :-)
