The Spiral Unit Apartment is a luxurious two-story artistic space with a unique open floor plan. Located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building, you'll go up the elevator and enter the unit from the 4th floor and be greeted by a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area that seamlessly blend together. The terrace offers a large semi-outdoor space. A spiral staircase that leads you down to the large bedroom suite covers the entire lower floor. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a 2.8 meter long dining table and offers 2 bathrooms one on each floor for your convenience. The double-level unit accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably.

We are auto check-in with digital door lock, The door password will be provided once passport photos has been received.

We have CCTV outside the room in the public access area. The entry gate and room door are Digital lock, each guest has their own private passcode.


Remark: We have a home use elevator in our building and the main stair is comfortable to walk up.

• We are pleased to offer a comfortable 6-ft king size bed with two sets of amenities.
For bookings with 3-4 guests:
• We are pleased to offer a comfortable 6-ft bed and convertible sofa bed with 4 sets of amenities.

Please be aware: Our property has open railings, which makes it unsuitable for young children. We warmly welcome guests aged 12 years and older.

Please note:
1.The price includes one round of room cleaning before you check-in. Additional cleaning fees are 1,200 THB each time. And if you stay more than 7 nights we will also include a second round of cleaning on day 5.
2.We are currently enhancing our ground-floor interior, with work scheduled from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. While the main entrance is located nearby, we have ensured that the sound remains minimal and will not affect guest rooms.
