  • We had a great experience in Philadelphia with our hosts. They were the best hosts one can get: helpful, kind, attentive. The room was small but comfortable and clean. They provided us with toiletries, towels, a bottle of wine and a few tokens for the trolley. The shared bathroom is very nice and the house big, beautiful and nicely decorated. The only thing is that we found the neighborhood a little dodgy but very well connected with the public transportation and very close to the University area. I highly recommend it!!! It's alot cheaper and much better than a hotel.

  • Becca and Brad were wonderful hosts! They were exceedingly warm and friendly, and they went out of their way to give us recommendations on places to go and how to get around Philadelphia. Our room was warm, clean, and nicely decorated; basic toiletries, public transportation tokens, and a bottle of wine were also waiting for us in there when we arrived. We were also pleasantly surprised when Becca and Brad offered us warm breakfast most mornings during our stay! Their apartment is beautiful and they were terrific hosts; we would strongly recommend booking with them!

  • I highly recommend booking a stay with the Zinns. Becca & Brad are lovely hosts. They are very welcoming and kind. It was a pleasure to spend time with them. They know the city well and can provide recommendations for where to go.

The whole home is clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean and tidy with a dresser and wardrobe to store clothing.

The neighbourhood is safe and the location is very convenient with a trolley stop nearby for quick access (15 min) to Center City, and it's a short walk (15-20 min) to Penn campus.

Check-in and check-out were very smooth and responses to inquiries prior to check-in were prompt.

  • Rebecca and Brad are extremely nice landlords. They picked me up from train station and gave me a ride sometime during coldest days. They shared breakfast and really care about their house guest! I felt a tremendous welcome and relax in their house. In three weeks I stayed with them, they have invited me few dinners and even called me sometime asking what I need from grocery store.
Their house is very clean and lovely. Just 15 mins walk to campus of U Penn. Trolley stop just nearby their place. This trolley can take you to city center and train station in 10 mins. It's a nice and safe environment for walking from their house to campus.
As a foreign student who visited U Penn from aboard, I would like to highly recommend this place. They are very kind and helpful. They will be your best friends in Philadelphia. That was a super great experience to live in this place and met them.

  • It was great staying with Becca and Brad. They were nice about us coming in late and even made us pancakes in the morning! The room is not huge, but totally adequate and the rest of the apt is beautifully decorated and comfortable for relaxing or working.

  • The best Airbnb experience so far. We had a friendly hostess who was resourceful and helpful in our four-day stay. She sent us a document that lists lots of handy information and guides prior to our arrival. The house and our room were clean and tidy. The neighbourhood was relatively safe; we walked home from UPenn. That contributed to our good impression of the city Philly, cozy, convenient, and exciting.

  • Both Becca and Brad (her husband) were excellent hosts! With a beautiful and neatly kept home that's very close to public transit, staying with them was a pleasure!
Both hosts were particularly helpful providing suggestions for getting around the area. Becca even graciously helped me ordering taxis, and a bus ticket to NYC, that was my next destination.
The USMLE test center is only a 7 min taxi ride away.

Overall, a great stay with even more gracious hosts. Thanks!!

  • Becca was a fantastic host. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable (thanks for the great breakfast!). The apartment is located close to public transportation and the guest bedroom itself is very comfortable. I had a great stay! Highly recommended!

  • It was a quick visit, but Becca was so kind! She even had a tea and apple crisp for me after my long drive to Philly -- how sweet is that? She woke up early to make sure I had breakfast and even stayed late (despite having plans) the night I arrived to make sure I was settled and found my way around. A++ hostess!

Interesting neighborhood with younger couples purchases and updating homes and older families, beautiful house with updated amenities, great location (walking distance to UPENN), free parking, and breakfast was laid out every morning and Becca and Brad invited me to have breakfast with them!
