Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home at pleasant river campground. The master bedroom has a king bed with bath attached, one other bedroom has a queen bed and the final room has two XL twin beds.

This house comes with a hot tub that’s used exclusively by this rental and also a fire pit.

In the summer months we have a table & chairs outside along with a grill to be used by this home only.

The pool is used by all guests at the campground

Checkin is 4pm - checkout is 10am

The space
This home is located at pleasant River campground. This home has a hot tub that’s exclusive to this home only.

There is also a pool on property that’s used by guests of the campground. The pool is seasonal and is open from the middle of June to middle of September.

Pleasant River campground is a 35 acre campground that has a pavilion , volley ball courts, cornhole, horse shoes, 2,000 ft of river frontage.

There are canoes & kayaks available for rent.

Other things to note
If the hot tub is neglected and requires a drain and fill you will incur a charge of $150 that goes to the company we use to maintain our tub along with any lost revenue from the next guest due to the hot tub not being hot (takes 12 hours to heat).

We do not offer refunds due to area power outages. We have backup generators to get heat going if power is out for a long period of time.
