This is a bright and colourful apartment with modern furniture that is perfect for your stay. The space is perfect for you to enjoy your getaway.

The first bedroom has a king sized bed with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials.

The space allows for 6 guests. The living room features a large sofa bed.

In the unfortunate event the pool/other amenities are temporarily closed for maintenance this DOES NOT qualify you for a refund.

Please note this building is in the very heart of downtown Nashville. We are not responsible for any noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip.

This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the conditions of the inside and outside space. We are bound to abide by the building's protocol when it comes to maintenance issues and timelines to resolve them.

All other items we personally take care of. We strive to deliver a wonderful stay and experience on everything we can control within the apartment itself to ensure you have a fabulous time in Nashville, living like a local!
