Magnolia Avenue-Restaurants, Bars, Art Galleries and more. Walk to it all!

The space
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located in the National Historic District of Fairmount-right in the heart of 'Near South Side'.

About the Neighborhood:
Just steps from eclectic eateries and one-of-a-kind bars. A few favorites include: Spiral Diner (Vegan Restaurant), Ellerbe Fine Foods (Excellent Farm-to-table meals), The 'Usual' (place to try 'classic cocktails' in an upscale environment,) The food is really good too! BREWED (referred to as 'The Locals living room') serves up great coffee, amazing beers on tap from all over the world and excellent food. Cane Rosso has the finest Naples style pizza. It's amazing knife and fork Pizza and you are to yourself to try it.
Lilly's Bistro, Sunjiko Station Sushi, Hot Damn Tamale, the list goes on and on for fun things to do on Magnolia and it’s all walking distance from the house.
Rahr Brewery is only a 1/2 mile from the house. If you're here on a Saturday afternoon or Wed evening, pay $10 for a glass and get four pints of beer-you'll most likely see a Sports game on the big screen band playing. Check out the live music line up at the Live Oak Lounge and have a drink on the rooftop before the show.

'Share a Bike' is Fort Worth’s newest bike program. Located along the street you can swipe your CC, pick up a bike and return it to one of the many bike stations located within the city. Near South Side is situated just two and a half miles from downtown Sundance Square and three miles from West 7th Street.

About the House:
This house was designed too keep the original old school theme from the early nineteen hundreds with an added modern/eclectic urban feel. Open floor plan makes the home feel vary spacious along with eleven foot raised ceilings. Wrap around kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances including a commercial grade oven and gas range. The master bathroom has a built in tile shower while the guest bathroom has a original claw-foot bathtub from 1908. Living room features a 46 inch LED/TV with stereo surround sound and cable. Fast WI-FI internet.

Although I'd love to meet you-time doesn't always permit in which case you'll have access to the property with a key from the lockbox. Once you make the reservation I'll email you with details on how to get in.

If you’re looking for one of the coolest places to hang out in Fort Worth then Fairmount is the place to be.

During your stay

Often times I don't get the opportunity to meet the guest face to face or even talk to them on the phone although I'm happy too. I let guests enjoy their stay and don't want to bother them. I always leave my cell number in the welcome letter and tell them don't hesitate to call should they need anything or have any special request.
