About the Neighborhood:
We're located on a street two houses off Magnolia Avenue. Just steps from eclectic eateries and one-of-a-kind bars. A few favorites include: Spiral Diner (Vegan Restaurant); Ellerbe’s Fine Foods (Excellent Farm-to-table meals), The 'Usual' (place to try 'classic cocktails' in an upscale environment,) Zio Carlos (our newest Gastro pub brewing some of FW finest and serving some amazing pizza. BREWED (referred to as 'The Locals living room') serves up great coffee, amazing beers on tap from all over the world and excellent food. Lilly's Bistro, Sunjiko Station Sushi, Hot Damn Tamale, the list goes on and on for fun things to do on Magnolia and it’s all walking distance from the house. We're very excited that Cane Rosso pizzeria (authentic Naples style pizza) is opening in November '13! Rahr Brewery is only a 1/2 mile from the house. If you're here on a Saturday afternoon or Wed evening, pay $10 for a glass and get four pints of beer-you'll most likely see a Sports game on the big screen (email hidden) band playing. Check out the live music line up at the Live Oak Lounge and have a drink on the rooftop before the show.
'Share a Bike' is Fort Worth’s newest bike program. Located along the street you can swipe your CC, pick up a bike and return it to one of the many bike stations located within the city. Near South Side is situated just two and a half miles from downtown Sundance Square and three miles from West 7th Street.

Interaction with Guests
Often times I don't get the opportunity to meet the guest face to face or even talk to them on the phone although I'm happy too. I let guests enjoy their stay and don't want to bother them. I always leave my cell number in the welcome letter and tell them don't hesitate to call should they need anything or have any special request.
The house is located in the National Historic District of Fairmount. A community driven neighborhood with community gardens, parks, a library, and community theater.
Fort Worth Bike Share-rent a bike by the hour. Bus that picks up one block from the house and a train that will take you directly to Dallas.
Other Things to Note
You can tell from the reviews that the house gets great remarks but people often leave out the backyard. It is really nicely landscaped with lots of cactus, agaves, hanging lights with a seating area. It makes for a great place to relax with a glass of wine when weather permits.
A two night minimum stay is required for weekends. (Friday & Saturday)

Andy was quick to respond, communicated well. The house was nice and rustic with plenty of room. Neighborhood was quiet and reserved. I would stay there again. Thanks Andy!
Great place, great location and great host! Andy called to confirm arrival and make sure we had everything we needed, house was amazing and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.
I cannot say enough nice things about this place and Andy.
I contacted Andy several months ago as a girl from Fort Worth, living in Austin, and looking for the perfect place to host my bridal shower for me and a few ladies. Andy was so generous and helpful throughout the entire process, getting in contact with my MOH about the location, parking, and where to place a few tables. This is the most ADORABLE house in the neighborhood and was the perfect setting for my memorable weekend. My mother and I got to stay overnight and enjoy all the wonderful features. There was even a detailed note with instructions and a fresh vase of flowers waiting when we arrived.
We were also lucky enough to enjoy the neighborhood and walk to the most adorable brunch spots and bars to celebrate with a few drinks after. This is the perfect getaway spot in Fort Worth, hands down. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!
Thank you again for letting us use the space for one of the best weekends of my entire life! We all had the most amazing time. Each time I visit the Magnolia area, I will always look fondly at this adorable place with such happy memories!
Out-of-towners, there is an awesome binder full of local restaurants and hangouts for you to explore!
This house was perfect for our group of 6 girls - everything was clean and as pictured. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. We had brought an air mattress just in case, but when we got there Andy already had a mattress blown up and made up for us - so thoughtful as we didn't ever ask or mention it to him! The grey couches turn into beds with extra bedding, too, so we had more than enough room for everyone. We couldn't figure out the coffee machine, but there is a great coffee shop about a 2 minute walk away (if that). We also walked to dinner, bars and brunch all off Magnolia Ave - nothing was more than a 8 minute walk away! Andy was also super accommodating on our check out time, which was again, above and beyond.
My family loved to stay at the house. It is very well located, near Magnolia Ave where many of my favorite restaurants are in Fort Worth, and no more than a 10min drive to downtown and the W 7th area. The house was very comfortable for 7 people. Very clean and neat.
The house is easy to find, and Andy is right about the location.
It was close enough to walk and leisurely stroll Magnolia.
The backyard is great, especially if you have a dog. It has a secure fence and some grass.
