* Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the garage.
* Due to liability and our API connection, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required at the time of booking.
* A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, pending damage inspection.
* One exterior security camera is located at the front door.
