House was excellent. Perfectly suited to our needs. Wed appreciated the cosy living room and full kitchen. The back yard was a nice area to relax. The house is located on a very quiet walk in street and close to the train station and shops. We would highly recommend this property for a family vaction.
I can't say enough nice things both about the owner and about this house :) The neighbourhood was super convenient, the house was spotlessly clean and Liz made us feel completely free to use it as our own. It was very well connected to Central London and everything else was walking distance. I would stay here again for sure:)
We had a great stay for 8 nights at Liz's house. The house was very comfortable and very quiet. The location was good, with a 5 minute walk to Surbiton train station, a short bus ride to Kingston on Thames and 10 minutes by car to the M25 for day trips out of London. Kingston on Thames is an old market town with good shopping and good restaurants and we enjoyed eating out alongside the Thames river. Hampton Court, Kew Gardens and Richmond are also easily accessible.
Liz is a great host, very welcoming and thoughtful. We appreciated the welcome food she left for us. It was good to have the spaciousness of an entire house with everything provided.
Liz's house is good if you want to stay outside Central London in a quiet suburban area. Parking is available on the street and the area is quiet at night.
Thanks Liz for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Excellent cosy nice house for our stay as a family or 4. We found everything we needed just in place and a warm wellcome on top.
It's a 10 min walk from Surbiton station, 20 min by train to Waterloo. It was 25 GBP with an off peak day travel card for us all, which included London bus, tube etc.
The pictures show very well what the house is like (and it's even nicer, TV is bigger,... :)
I'd highly recommend liz' house if you don't mind commuting.
We stayed over Christmas 2014 vacation. We were very pleased with the house; decorated for the holidays. Location was very convenient for getting to the National Train service to access London and other locals. It is within the Oyster boundaries. Host was wonderful and thoughtful; leaving bread, butter and milk to get started. Also accessible while we were there for a few last minute questions.
We needed an apartment that was close to london rail. This place was an excellent choice. Its really close to Surbiton station and takes 15 minutes to get to central london. The apartment is spacious with wifi, kitchen and all listed amenities. Elizabeth was a great host. I recommend this spot.
This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed: somewhere within an easy commute to central London, yet super-quiet, clean, family friendly accommodation.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with a chef's selection of spices which Liz kindly said we could enjoy!
The garden too is an excellent benefit and is a real sun-trap throughout the day and evening.
Liz was also very welcoming and flexible with check-in and check-out time.
My name is Liz, I love to travel and have stayed in some really nice airbnb places. I like to stay in places that are comfortable and relaxed and in a good location. I am looking forward to being a host.
