The building where the B&B "Le bagnanti di mirò" is located, is a classic villa of 60's, which has recently been restructured according to its original architectonic style. The rooms lately and entirely renewed, are wide, broad and provided of every comfort: air conditioning, personal bathroom with shower/bathtub, plasma tv, wireless. The B&B is situated in the vicinity of the most suggestive pontine touristic centers such as San felice circeo and terracina, and gives the possibility to spend relaxing days by the sea, which is far just 100m and close to the port on the mouth of the Sisto river. Moreover thanks to its favorable position, it enables to reach the amazing shores of the "Riviera d' Ulisse", such as Sabaudia......Formia. Besides is possible getting to the cultural naturalistic centers of the hinterland as like Fossanova.... ninfa or to plan a trip to the marvellous islands of the pontine archipelago (....). You might even visit the immense natural reserve well-known as the national park of Circeo. Rome and naples just differ 100km's and are easily attainable by car or altenatively by train spending about an hour.
The house is located between Terracina and San Felice and about 10 km away from Terracina. So there are no any activities apart from 3 restaurants and a bar on the road nearby. The beach is pretty close (not more than 5 min walking) and its ok. Paid sunbeds and umbrella is very expensive though (20 euro per day is too much I think), but there is a supermarket about 10 min away from the villa where you can buy your own umbrella for 10-15 euro.We left our umbrella in Emma's room so feel free to use it :)
Also there is no shower at or near the beach and the bar on the beach really sucks.
As for the host and photos - very nice and friendly people (real family), they picked us at the bus stop in Terracina and told everything we need to know including local bus schedule.
The rooms are pretty big and the interior is nice, everything is new and working as intended. Every room has its own air conditioner.
The breakfast was fine but some may ask for bigger choice of meals.
Recommended. But you better rent a car to drive around and reach Terracina beaches - they are very long and have all the facilities you may need: beach volley, showers, beach footbal etc.
Siamo stati bene, il posto e' comodo arredato con gusto e pulito. Lo consiglio
