We have a very quiet home although we do have a black Lab upstairs living with us. We prefer non smokers and non partyiers as we live upstairs. You are welcome to have guests over as long as they are reasonably quiet. We are happy to provide extras upon request as we have another bedroom in the basement immediately adjacent to the suite which can be used as an office or extra bedroom. If you need something that is not in the suite, chances are we have it upstairs and can provide it for you ie unusual cooking utensils, basic spices etc.
The suite was as described; we found it comfortable and clean; the location was convenient for walking to downtown.
Judy was very welcoming and helpful. We just hope that the suite will be available next time we are in Saskatoon. We would certainly stay again.
The basement suite was clean and bright. It had all the amenities we were looking for in our week stay. Their suite was in a great location. Judy was a great host. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and relaxing.
Reviews are good things... And the airbnb system asks for a review after each reservation is completed. But I want to keep this place for myself so that whenever I wish to return it is always there for me :) However that is selfish of me since these hosts really need to be praised and thanked for offering a comfortable convenient home away from home and we look forward to our next return.

Thankyou Judy and Brent.
I stayed with Brent and Judy while in Saskatoon for an interview at the Royal University Hospital (just a couple of blocks away). The basement flat was beautiful, warm, and very comfortable. Brent and Judy were extremely welcoming hosts. There was a plate of muffins waiting for me upon my arrival. Brent drove me to the local Sobey's on the first day and the airport on my last day so that I wouldn't have to trek around outside in minus twenty-something-degree weather. I would definitely recommend Brent and Judy as Airbnb hosts.
Thank you Judy for a super warm welcome to your suite and I look forward to enjoying your space again. The pictures on website accurately reflect this suite. The large windows add brightness. Thank you for offering your space clean and maintained. Finding crisp clean bedding and comfortable mattress so very appreciated. Audrey
A home away from home - there is no other way to describe it.
We stayed at Brent and Judy's bnb haven for 8 days /nights while visiting family and friends in Saskatoon at the end of December. With the Christmas season, our wedding, the busyness of visiting family and friends - coming back to our "winter spot" provided the relaxation and quiet that we needed.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotless and had a very calming ambience. We loved the fact that we had our own kitchen and access to the washer and dryer. It is well stocked with all necessities we needed and much more.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and the location couldn't be more accessible - it's a 5 minute drive to all the hot spots you'd want to see in the city. It's also very close to the Saskatchewan river which is a wonderful place to walk around anytime of the year (except when it's -35 deg C).
This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Saskatoon and we are very blessed to have stayed here.
Thank you Brent and Judy for providing such a wonderful home away from home.
The kids have moved out!!! We are a professional couple who would like to reduce our professional commitments and focus on more home time. We have a beautiful home close to campus with an amazing garden, fish pond, outdoor fireplace, all accessible to our guests. We like to travel, garden and cook. As hosts, we are available but non intrusive. We have travelled all over the world and when we travel, we generally tend to rent accommodation similar to ours so we appreciate the extra touches in the kitchen , or the living room or the bathroom, which make a trip, whether for business or holiday, a little more relaxing. Forget hotels, stay in our place and enjoy a real home!!!
