I love travelling and exploring new places, making new friends and really enjoy getting a feel for the culture of the cities I visit by staying in private residences. Live music and art in my life is a must, but solitude in wild places is also something I need regular doses of. Between trips I am an integrative/naturopathic veterinarian at a large animal hospital.
I am able to travel alone and with my husband more now that my children are getting a bit more independent, but we also travel together as a family.
I treat my hosts homes as I would expect people to treat my home, and leave everything exactly as I find it.
