The beach cottage has everything you need to feel right at home on the beach! It is close walking distance to 2 pools and tennis courts and a 90 second walk to the beach. Feel free to use the kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs and grill. Absolutely adorable and beachy!!!
The space
The studio is located on the ground floor of the house. It has a queen Murphy bed and 2 hideaway twin beds. 47" flatscreen cable tv and wifi. When you go out the back door at night you will hear the wonderful sound of frogs and waves... Awesome combination that you will fall in love with.
Guest access
Please feel free to use the washer and dryer, kayaked, chairs, boogie boards and grill.
Other things to note
There is a $75 pet fee if you choose to bring them. Absolutely no smoking inside.
Garbage day is Monday. Please make sure garbage can is at the road when you leave

Neighborhood highlights
Morgantown is a small beach community with nice pools and tennis courts. The neighbors are friendly and everyone is happy cause they are at the beach. One thing you get down here that is unusual for the beach is all the wildlife you will see. Including the alligators that located in the marshes. One thing I do tell all my guests especially with kids it they are not allowed to go swimming in the marsh!
