Guest access
* The gaming room can only be entered by those who have paid the fee.
Please note that no one else is allowed to enter the room.
* A foreigner without a permanent address in Japan who stays at an inn or hotel is required to enter his or her name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number in the guest register.
Additionally, when entering names, passport numbers, and other information to the guest register, we ask that you present your passport or a copy to ensure accuracy.

If you check out late, we will charge the following fees.
Cleaning staff standby fee: 2,750 yen (tax included) every 30 minutes after 11 am

① Shipping of forgotten items (administrative fee)

[Overseas]: We are unable to ship.

② Disposal cost of over-sized garbage such as suitcases: From 11,000 yen (tax included)
* Other administrative fees 1,100 yen (tax included)
③ If you request to extend your stay on the same day, and we have to cancel the cleaning on that day, you will be charged a separate one-time cleaning fee. For any changes to reservations, such as for extended nights, please be sure to notify us 24 hours before checkout.
④ Emergency response: We do our best to accommodate guest requests, but we may not be able to accommodate them on the same day. Please understand that we will charge an additional fee when same-day response is required, except for emergencies.
⑤ If we find out that you have smoked in the room or in a non-smoking area, we will charge you a fee to restore the room to its original condition.
⑥ If we find out that you brought a pet, we will charge you the cost of restoring the room to its original condition.
