Linda's place is very lovely, with everything that makes you feel like you are at home. It's also very convenient to fun places to explore in Hollywood. Linda is a great host. She is always happy to help. We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back in the future.
Linda was a total delight as a host. The place was totally lovely (very spacious, clean and had everything you could need and more) and Linda went above and beyond our expectations as a host. I'd reccommend staying at Linda's in a heartbeat and defo go back if I was heading back to LA again.
We had a wonderful stay in Linda’s place. It was homey and cozy and beautiful and comfortable. We usually don’t stay in a place without a full kitchen. But our stay was short enough to not have to cook. I would recommend having a car since LA is so spread out, unless you want to stick to Hollywood only, which of course is full of interesting sites.
Linda’s place has a wonderful character and vibe. We liked to stay inside the guesthouse as well as to hang out in the garden. I would love to come back one day and will definitely recommend Linda’s place to friends.
Linda is super nice and she made us feel welcomed. The location is great, Hollywood Boulevard is in walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe. Room is big and we have our own bathroom and a living room. Linda gave us great recommendations on restaurant and what to do! We had a good time staying!
This was our first Airbnb and Linda did a wonderful job at welcoming us to the Airbnb family. First, we came a day early and she offered us a room in her home, due to the suite being booked already. Instead we went to a hotel close by that she suggested. On the morning of our check in she let us store our bags in her studio while we got a head start on exploring Hollywood and gave the other guest time to checkout. When reading the reviews everyone mentioned her banana bread and we couldn't wait to try it, and it was everything everyone said and more. The bed was comfortable, the suite was clean and we really love all the natural light and decor. Linda is also a great cook she invited us to dinner with her along with a couple of her friends on the patio and the kabobs were the BOMB. We didn't need a car due to the location of Linda's place we walked to the strip which took about 10 min and everywhere else was just a uber away. Great place to stay if you looking for a great location, comfort and a wonderful host who we now consider a friend.. Thanks again Linda for everything see you soon ma'am.
Linda is a gracious host. She made sure that we comfortable and the small refrigerator stocked with homemade granola and banana bread. Linda is an artist and we enjoyed looking at her work. The bedroom, and sitting rooms were spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our time in Linda's lovely Hollywood home within easy walk to Sunset Boulevard, the Chinese Theatre and great shops and restaurants
We felt like we lucked out with Linda in her beautiful home in the hills. Linda's home is in a great location: it is close by many things we wanted to do (which helps a lot because traffic in LA is THE WORST), and we got the feeling of a neighborhood and local life. Plus, the apartment building where The Long Goodbye was filmed is practically in the backyard! Linda is awesome. She was home when we arrived, and her warm, laid-back personality made us feel at ease. She provided yummy banana bread, fresh fruit, and the best granola ever on our first morning (as well as more granola upon request because I devoured it). The space is immaculate and decorated tastefully: rooms are airy and bright, bed is fantastically comfortable, and decor is influenced by Linda's own artistic style, which I loved. Linda was personable and happy to chat, but she also afforded us privacy. I never felt awkward or in need of anything I didn't have. I left wishing I had stayed around the house more, taking in this awesome home and yard. There is so much to do in LA that next time, I'll make room in my itinerary for a day with nothing scheduled, especially if I stay at Linda's.

I have been living in Hollywood for 35 years. Most of those years I have spent working in the film business as a production designer, set decorator, often times doing location scouting.
I have currently gotten back into doing my own artwork, which is wonderful for me. I'm working toward a one woman show in LA.
I love traveling. I am pretty adventurous. We usually spend summers in Italy (the same place for 10 years) where I have found an artist and "foodie" community. I have traveled to India (several times), Malaysia, Australia, Turkey, Russia and around the US and Europe.
I am a cook and enjoy having dinner parties.. I love the choice of ethnic restaurants in LA and can direct you anywhere you might want to go. I have a passion for decorating, color and off beat style.
I am thrilled to have become an airbnb host. I love meeting people, several have become friends.
