THE LOFT:
Welcome to your urban oasis! This stunning private two-level apartment blends modern design with industrial charm, featuring exposed brick walls, cathedral ceilings, an interior mezzanine and lofted ceilings that create an inviting atmosphere. Staying in this loft is an experience in and of its own.

This historical building located in the Art District is steps away from vibrant bars, gourmet restaurants, and exciting events, immerse yourself in the city's nightlife and culture.

The large private balcony offers fresh air, a cool skyline view, sitting area, hammock and great people watching.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, 12-ft ceilings, and direct access to a beautiful master bathroom that features an oversized walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms feature 3 queen beds and a pack-n-play. All bedrooms offer black-out curtains and noise machines (for light sleepers).

The designer kitchen features a huge granite island with bar seats and offers a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove, double oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. We have coffee, creamer and tea available on site.

The loft itself is on the 3rd floor of a 5-story brick building. The first-floor entrance opens up directly to the parking lot area. After taking the stairs you will find the entrance to “The Loft" where your private rental includes the entire 3BR apartment.
