Beautiful apartment in Mexico city's historical center
Por estar ubicado dentro de un condominio habitacional, se pide respeto a los vecinos y respetar el reglamento del edificio: separación de la basura, uso del roof-garden, identificarse al ingresar edificio, etc.
Patricia and Isaac were amazing hosts! Isaac met us and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and took us up to the roof for a quick description of the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for our weekend out of town. The complimentary Tamarind, cervezas and mescal were a nice bonus too!
The places look just as pictured and described, which was exactly what we were looking for, and the efforts Patricia made to make our stay wonderful exceeded expectations. I went with four friends to celebrate my birthday in Mexico City and the breakfast food items Patricia left and the drinks made it easier to start our days and toast to the trip once everyone made it there. I enjoyed the location because it was directly beside Chinatown which was especially live having celebrated Chinese New Year, so there was lots of fun activity and even fireworks at my door (not for the light of sleep though). You'll also be walking distance to lots of important monuments since it's in the Centro Historic District. The rooftop is great to take in the city, but bare in mind there is a time it is not permitted in the night time. Patricia even provided a cell phone to use while there which made me feel safe and made it easier to explore the city. She knows what a traveler needs and the little things Patricia provides for your stay add up into a fun, pretty, and relaxing experience. I'd definitely stay again because I'd love to visit Mexico City again. There's far too much to see and do in that city.
Patricia and her friend Isaac made us feel very welcome. We arrived early in the day and were able to check in early. There was an issue with the wifi - originating with the provider - and Patricia worked hard to get it restored. The apartment is clean, comfortable, safe, and superbly located. The views of the city are marvelous. I would stay again.
We felt very welcome at Patricia's. Her friend met us at the flat and gave us a tour and explained to us all the local attractions and how to get around the city. He took us to the roof terrace and showed us all the main sites nearby - a lot! - and explained how good the local transport was - so true! - and how easy it was to take and move around - which we did. The flat is exactly as it seems - light and comfortable and so incredibly central and easy. It was the ideal accommodation. We felt safe and comfortable and were really pleased we chose to stay there. The treats left for us, including the fruit and tamales were just perfect and were put to good use.
The overall experience was great. Patricia was very prompt on communication prior to our trip. Once we got there we felt very welcome and the apartment was close to many great attractions. Even when we had questions while at the apartment Patricia was very easy to reach on the phone. I highly recommend Patricia's apartment anytime you visit Mexico City.
Wonderful apartment in vibrant Chinese district close to Belles Artes. Isaac and Patricia were welcoming and available., touches like fruit, tamales and even an umbrella were gracious and thoughtful.
