Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling. You can inquire before booking to determine whether listing will be ready at 4 PM - there's a good chance it will be.
Late Check-Out: Standard at 11 AM; late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction. Guest remaining beyond check out will incur a late check out fee. If our cleaning team arrives and must wait, a cleaner wait fee of $50 applies for every 30 min or any portion the there of beginning at their arrival time.
