Welcome to "The Blue Lagoon Place," a delightful vacation destination 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium providing direct Atlantic Ocean views as well as a private community swimming pool and beach dune crossing just steps away from your front door. This residence has recently been updated with new vinyl woodgrain flooring throughout the living areas and bedrooms, fully renovated Kitchen and Bathrooms, and full refurnishing of the decor. Sleeping accommodations include a king-size bed in the Main Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom. A wide flat screen TV in the living room is surrounded by comfortable seating for relaxation inside, and this home also offers an oversize balcony directly accessible from both the Living Room and Main Bedroom overlooking the ocean blue water. Plan your day on the extra spacious balcony with breakfast and the sea breeze at sunrise or end your afternoon recreation there with beverages and dinner. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the surf and gentle ocean air. This property rental also provides its guests with access privileges to the Marriott Resort Ocean Club if you wish to enjoy on-site golf, pickleball, tennis, three additional resort swimming pools, fitness center, and beach club access in addition to the private community pool and amenities included within your condominium building.
