This unique 4BR, 4BA beachfront home has something for everyone.
The home is private, in a secluded setting and extensive list of amenities makes for a relaxing get away, while the layout and décor provide the perfect setting for entertaining. And beach access, via your own private walkout, will beckon you to enjoy various summer activities on the white powdery sands of the Gulf, long walks, jogging, sunbathing, water sports, wind surfing and swimming in the warm emerald waters.
The house itself is beach-level and has 4 BR, 4BA, Covered parking for 5 cars, an outdoor hot tub, outdoor shower, movable gas grill, a large private patio surrounded by lush tropical foliage, providing a perfect combination of shade and sunlight during the day. The landscaping is highlighted at night by beautiful accent lighting, outdoor speakers, decks with lounge chairs for sunbathing and tables for outdoor dining, shaded by Sea Grape & Pepper Trees. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and linens are all included.

You will have access to the powdery sands of Saint Petersburg beach via a quiet, 9’ wide palm tree lined private lane with no thru traffic! Walk about and wave to our friendly neighbors, all without the buzz of busy roads.
This is 4BR/4BA house with plenty of extras!
Three bedrooms have queen beds, the remaining bedroom has twin beds. The master has bay window, walk out double doors to a deck, a large dressing area with an oversized Jacuzzi, double sink and walk-in closet.
A large vaulted great-room with open floor plan provides a central place in the house for all to gather with TV. A den with TV, stereo, computer desk and bar provides a casual area for reveling and relaxing.
The walls are a light sunbleached wood, with large ceiling fans. The centrally-located kitchen has granite counter tops and bar seating, with access to the BBQ grill and outdoor countertops.
For dining and entertaining there are 2 different options inside the house. The large dining room can accommodate up to 12 guests in style, or for a more intimate group dining that seats up to 6 people comfortably. There are several tables and chairs on the patio for outside dining.
The 7 sky windows and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors throughout the house provide natural lighting and views of the sapphire blue Florida skies and spectacular, picture-perfect Gulf Coast sunsets.
Eclectic Pass-A-Grille is only a 10 minute walk south, with restaurants, snack bars, funky gift shops and pier offering chartered fishing excursions on the Gulf.
The historic Don CeSar Hotel is a 10 minute walk up the beach. This 4-star luxury hotel offers access to fine dining, and for a guest fee, use of their health club, yoga classes/pilates classes, World Class Spa and kids game rooms. Rentals of paddle boards and wave runners are available. There is parasailing and volleyball on the beach as well. The pool is available to non-guests Monday-Thursday, depending on hotel occupancy, by purchasing a day pass.
By car it is a 10 minute trip to Fort DeSoto Park and their beautiful private beaches, reported to be one of the 15 finest beaches in the world. Rollerblading, biking, picnic facilities and fishing pier available.
A 15 minute car trip to downtown St. Petersberg offers sidewalk dining at the many restaurants on Beach Ave. Museums, highlighted by the Dali museum and the Chihuly Glass Museum, will satisfy your artistic pallet, andthose of your guests.
Tampa International Airport is a 25 minute ride by car or taxi: “From plane to beach in less than ½ hour!”
* A second floor studio 1 bedroom two bed studio apartment with separate entrance and kitchenette is also available for rent at this location if extra room is needed for your stay. With a king and queen size beds it can sleep four.
The house was designed and constructed by the senior Mr. Busch founder of the Anheuser-Busch Brewing Co., and past owner of the St Louis Cardinals. Mr. Busch also designed and developed Busch Gardens, located an hour away in Tampa, something not to be missed. There is also performing arts, JaiLai, and dog racing in Tampa as well.
Interaction with Guests
We will be there to check you in and check you out during normal business hours or we send you video tutorials if your check in and check out times are at odd hours.
There is the MY FREE BEACH RIDE service that will pick you up and take you home from anywhere on the beach for free and you only leave a tip.
Other Things to Note
Rental contract will be sent. By booking online you agree to receive an emailed attachment with the check-in/check-out instructions, introduction on the property, and contract to read over, sign and email back. Once we receive it back from you we will email you the properties lock box and wifi codes. Thank you for your cooperation!
No pets, no smoking. Cleaning and Maid services are available at additional cost.

This house is wonderful. Beach front, ample room, beautiful views, and close enough for a lovely walk to the quaint downtown of Pass-A-Grille. We were a group of 4 couples in our 50s. We hung out on the rooftop deck and loved every minute of it. The separate garage apt was occupied, but we rarely saw those renters. The main house and the garage don't get in each other's way at all. Brandon, the host, was a pleasure to deal with.

We spent the weekend with family and friends to celebrate my wife's 40th Birthday. The location was the perfect setting for a gathering of 10-14 people. It was big enough to not be tripping over each other, yet intimate and comfortable! The rooftop and ground level patio's offered great places to visit and relax and the walk to the beach was effortless. We had a professional chef in the group and the kitchen provided all the features needed to prepare a feast for everyone. The VERY large dining room table was also perfect for everyone to eat and play cards at too! The grill outside was great and we enjoyed some down time in the hot tub. The house offered everything we needed to have an unforgettable Birthday weekend!!!
Our group has a great time at the house in St Pete! It is a beautiful, spacious, and clean house right on the water. The bbq, kitchen, and dining areas were perfect for our group. We cooked nice meals both nights we were there. Everything we needed for our stay was available to us -- kitchen gear, bath towels, beach towels, soaps, etc. It was a great weekend and we'd highly recommend to any groups looking for a place to stay in the area.

* I set myself apart from the others by accommodating renters requests. But please understand and do not contact me a couple hours before your check out in hopes of a late check out. All requests should be done before you book or before you check in. For insight on how it works on my side, I have to schedule housekeepers, cleaning companies and hot tub cleaning services in advance of your arrival. All these companies have schedules for the check out days so if you contact me in the middle of the night or an hour before check out I can't always accommodate the request because those services may already have you down to clean right at check out time. I have prided myself on keeping the costs as low as I can for my renters over the past 7 years and here is the easiest way for me to keep the prices low so you get great deals:
I rent on over 50 websites, for whatever reason I am starting to have dozens of problems with Bay area and Silcon Valley airbnb renters when and after they are checking out. The biggest problems are checking out late/checking out way past check out time and leaving the properties absolutely filthy. Your fellow hometown neighbors are giving you all a bad name. Please complete the check out list before you leave the property, please bring your respect and manners from your home to our Lake Tahoe Vacation rental homes. I know everyone is on vacation and want to have a worry and care free time but please pack your common sense with you. Please dont put me in the position of being the bad guy and having to put a hold on your deposit or having to take money out of the deposit to pay for damages and extra cleaning fees. Basically this is how it works, When there is property damage, late check outs that back up the cleaning company, hot tub company, and your fellow airbnb renters from checking in on time in the afternoon I have to pay all these companies by the hour to wait around and or extra time to clean, that of course gets charged on your deposit and passed on to the future renters by having to raise rent prices to compensate for the losses. Its a domino affect. So please for your airbnb community of renters, all vacation renters, and for your future vacation stays please dont be bulls in a china store. Accidents happen and no one is perfect, but I went from only having 2 claims in 7 years from all my websites combined to over 2 dozen just this past year on airbnb. I have been renting since 2007. Please Please, if you have a question, concern, issue, or problem contact me by call, text, email, or airbnb message when you are checking in, during your stay, or checking out. I am hearing about problems days and even weeks after you checked out. I can't help you that late in the game, but I can for sure help you and take care of your needs and wants when you are at the vacation rental. I have staff members, hot tub company, maintenance specialists, and cleaning companies on call 24/7 and I rent over 80 vacation rentals so if there is a problem with your vacation rental I can usually move you to another property.

Best time to get one and ask is during the non holiday weekdays(Sunday - Thursday) and non peak weekends in April, May, October, and November. DURING THESE NON PEAK MONTHS IF YOU BOOK TWO NIGHTS I GIVE YOU THE THIRD NIGHT FREE.

A NEW PROBLEM THAT IS COMING MORE AND MORE PREVALENT IN LAKE TAHOE: A lot of my awesome Lake Tahoe renters are from the Bay Area. I know its a long drive to Tahoe, and when you get here you want to go skiing, to the bars/clubs and casinos, for now on, as of 2/1/2014, if you are planning on checking in late you must contact me and give me your approximate time of arrival, I am having renters show up at 3am trying to check in, its dark, freezing cold, and the majority are coming back from the bars and casinos and having difficulty using the key less lock box. 4pm is check in at all my rentals, I do not care when you check in after 4pm, its your vacation, just please communicate with me when you plan on arriving so either myself or my employees are able to assist you at anytime of the day or night if you are having difficulty finding the address or gaining entrance to the property.
