Place was very scenic, quiet, and serene. Only thing to note is to be clear there is a cat that calls the place home. Very friendly, but there is some odor that is to be expected. House was well stocked with everything you would need. Would def stay again.

Response from Emily And Stanley:
Hi Mark, I am so sorry!! I noticed when I went to wash the sheets and hoped that it happened after you left. He has never done that before so I am taking him to the vet in the morning to see if there is something wrong. Do you think that was the source of the odor you mentioned or is it the box on the basement? I do appreciate your feedback so that I can make the necessary changes.

Great quiet location. Very cozy home. Great location and quiet rural setting, but still very easy for us to get to PSU campus/downtown State College. There is a cat that lives here, be aware! There was quite a bit of dust and cat hair around. The check in/check out was very easy and straight forward. The bathroom is very nice, seems recently renovated.

Seven of our family came to Emily's home for the 2017 PSU graduation and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Beautiful country setting with view of Mt. Nittany and the neighboring historic horse farm. PSU is minutes away, along with the village of Lemont. Lots of room in the house, a nice back porch, and a fully stocked kitchen that we really used. Not super fancy, but really homey and comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat. LDB PSU '80

Emily's place is a cozy home with plenty of solitude. We stayed with another couple in Emily's three bedroom home. It was a very roomy and well decorated home. There is a nice little farm next to Emily's home with very friendly horses! Emily and Stanley are wonderful host, it was an absolute pleasure to stay at her house! Would love to be able to stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

I am in my thirties. I Grew up in the area and have family nearby so I am usually very close when guests are staying at the house. I spent the last several years traveling all over the US and Europe for my job, but am happy to be settled in my great little house!
