Very spacious independent room just 2 blocks away from the L train station Wilson avenue
The room has a full size bedroom and a leather couch that can be open in a nice size bed.
The room has a little refrigerator and there is a kitchen available
I am renting a large and independent room in Bushwick! The room has his own entrance and his own bathroom, a little refrigerator coffee machine and a kitchen available in the basement of the building.
The room is perfect to sleep up to 4 person cause there is a full size bed and a very nice futon leather couch! The bathroom is private just outside the room.
The room is just renovated with a brand new ceramic floor (no bed bugs risk) two large windows AC, a closet and still plenty of space!
The neighborhood is quiet and safe the condo is located just in front of a firefighter station just two blocks away from the L train and the J train. You are at 10 min from Bedford avenue (great Williamsburg area with trendy restaurants, clubs, pubs and vintage store's) and 15min from Manhattan.

Thanks for Gaia and her husband.
We spent there 8 nights. It is located just 2 blocks away from the L train station Wilson avenue. It's easy to get to Manhattan by train. There are many not expensive markets. Neighborhood is rather safety. When You go to NY for sightseeing it's good place for You. We didn't meet Gaia but there was a landlord. The time of accomodation is flexible.
Fantastic and warm room. Fantastic and warm people. Clean, cozy, close to the L train. All we needed and unbeatable for the price.
Wonderful independent room for a great price ! We basically had our own private bathroom. Gaia is very helpful and responsive. The bed is comfortable and the room is warm (we stayed in winter). The fresh blankets and towels were nice too. Nice view out the window. It's away from the thriving areas of Brooklyn so you'll need to take the train or a cab to go out. Still, to have this level of privacy for the price is totally worth it.
The room was great. Everything that we needed for a short stay. Not far from the metro. Gaia was very helpful too!
Gaia never appeared, when we arrive nobody opened the door we had to awake the neighbor and he open the building for us. The guy with the keys "Gaia's landlord" was smoking marihuana. And building was very dirty!
The room was very private and ok, but the "landlord" some nights shout and laugh till midnight.
Gaia was very accommodating and flexible; we were delayed due to the wind/rainstorm on our way to NYC, and she was able to have her neighbor give us an orientation when we arrive at the apartment very late at night. The room is clean and well kept - definitely a cheap option to stay in NYC!
I stayed at Gaia's place with two friends. I was luck enough to find this room last minute. We were arriving saturday afternoon and due to some unfortunate circumstances we were left with no place to stay. So on the Friday night we desperately looked for an available place. Gaia was very accommodating and helpful. She was pretty quick to respond. When we arrived we couldn't check in until 6 pm because the place was getting cleaned up (which we understood due to the last minute request!) The landlord Will, super nice, opened the door for us while Gaia kept in touch through messages. The apartment is conveniently located between the main metro L line (5 min from apartment) and J line (10 min). It seemed like a fairly safe neighbourhood, a lot of children playing around and 24 hour convenience stores. We were provided with blankets and towels. There wasn't much toilet paper left so we just brought some. Wifi worked, not the fastest but still pretty good! You get what you pay for, it's not a super luxurious room but it's a simple convenient place to spend the night and explore the city during the day.
Thanks again for accommodating us last minute!
The room is comfortable and warm (we spent there a week in november). Gaia and the other guys are super nice and very helpful. The room is situated in a quite neightborhood and really close to two different subway stops on two different lines, you can reach Williamsburg in few minutes, and it takes just a few more to get to manhattan, it's also easy to reach the airports!
We did not meet Gaia in person, but her friend let us into the building and room. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The building is really close to the subway (5 minute walk), which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend!
