The house is just minutes from Downtown Hartford, old Wethersfield, local universities, Hartford Hospital, and top attractions. You'll also enjoy easy access to parks, restaurants, and shops.

The rooms are designed with a cozy and relaxing feel, making them best suited for up to 4 guests. Our property may not accommodate more than 4 individuals.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the gated yard and private driveway. Please note that the basement is not accessible and remains off-limits during your stay.

1. 🚭 STRICTLY NO SMOKING (Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, or Any Drugs):
Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere on the property—inside, outside, front, or back. If you are a smoker, this is not the right home for you. We prioritize maintaining a clean, fresh, and smoke-free environment for all guests and our neighbors.
Our home is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This device does not record conversations or personal information but does monitor noise levels and detects smoking, including marijuana. Tampering with or disabling this device will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

2. 🚫 ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: While we want you to enjoy your time, large gatherings and events ARE NOT allowed.

3. GUEST LIMIT:
The home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. All visitors must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests or exceeding the maximum occupancy is a strict violation of our house rules and may result in additional charges, cancellation of your reservation, and/or removal from the property.

4. QUIET HOURS: Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a small residential neighborhood and we must respect our neighbors.

5. PETS
Dogs are allowed with prior approval only. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog, as we need to prepare the home accordingly—especially for future guests with allergies. Cats and other animals are not permitted due to allergy concerns and property restrictions.

Kindly note that a pet fee applies to cover the additional cleaning required after a pet’s stay. This includes tasks such as vacuuming pet hair from furniture, removing dirt or paw prints from floors, and performing a deeper clean to ensure the home is fresh and ready for the next guest.

6. Outdoor security cameras are in place for safety and security. Tampering with or disabling cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

7. RESPECT THE PROPERTY: Treat the space as your own—no shoes or pets on furniture, and report any accidental damages. This includes picking up after your pets. The primary guest will be charged for any damages that occur during their stay.

8. KITCHEN USE: Feel free to cook, but please clean up after yourself.

9. CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times for a smooth transition for everyone.

10. PARKING:
A maximum of two vehicles is allowed on the property at any given time. Overnight street parking is not permitted after 1:00 AM, as the town actively enforces this rule and may issue parking tickets. Please use the driveway for all vehicles to avoid fines.

11. BE SAFE & RESPONSIBLE: Please lock doors and windows when you leave and ensure lights and appliances are off to conserve energy.
