We’re not a polished resort. Not even close, and frankly, that’s the point. The unit you’re staying in is full of quirks, creaks, and surprises that come with age, and you might notice that some updates are still waiting their turn. With that comes a rare chance to stay inside a piece of history.

The space
*THE FIREPLACE :
We want to sincerely apologize for any lingering campfire-like smell you may notice in the unit.
(Good news os that it is getting better as we continue to deep clean the unit.)
There was excessive use of the fireplace prior to your stay, which led to a stronger-than-usual scent from the mesquite firewood. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we shut down the fireplace and completed a thorough deep cleaning, including laundering and replacing all curtains.
That said, because mesquite wood has a strong natural aroma, there may still be some residual scent in the surrounding rocks and natural wood elements. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience or discomfort this may cause during your stay.

The space:
The view from this wonderfully spacious arty loft is absolutely breath-taking. You cannot help but say “WOW” when you walk in as you see the desert scenery in every viewpoint. Stay and be surrounded by the famous Saguaro cactus! The Ranch is minutes from many great Tucson sites! Please also see our other listings in our 90 Acre Ranch!

The space is rented as is. It is nowhere near "perfect" and have some quarks and characters to say the least. It is an old structure, a historically important old structure. So please be mindful of delicateness of some things. We thank you so much in advance for your understanding of its imperfection at the moment.
