About this listing
This lovely oceanside apartment is located at the Lahaina Shores Beach Resort Hotel, in downtown Lahaina. Everything is in walking distance: boutiques, museums, harbor, restaurants, museums, the banyan park, tennis courts etc. Your apartment faces the West Maui Mountains. You have private beach access, swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Everyone who has stayed in the apartment have expressed their satisfaction. I think it's because it's more than a rental unit. I take pride in providing my guests with comfort, cleanliness, and ambience, so that they feel the "Aloha" spirit even in their room.
Private beach access, BBQ Grill, swimming pool, jacuzzi, lawn, keyed entry to neighboring boutiques, galleries, surf school and restaurants.
Interaction with guests
I manage my unit because I live in Lahaina. When in town, I am on property and am easily accessible.
You can get around town on foot! What great walks you can take all over town and in neighborhoods. There is also public transportation at the wharf (walking distance) that will take you all over Maui for a couple of bucks.
Other things to note
There are live shows, performances, fantastic sunset dinner restaurants and cruises. Get a hold of the local paper in advance on line, or when you get here to find out what's going on. Lahaina is a real town with an incredible history of missionaries, whaling and sugarcane pineapple stories. Go the the library and browse through the hundred of books found on any of these topics.
Guests are expected to leave the unit in the same condition they found it. No smoking on the premises, which includes the balcony. There is a rubbish container next to the elevators.

I'm from Maui, a yoga instructor and own and manage a couple of short-term rental condos. I love to travel. Will be going to Europe this month. I am 63 years old, have three grown children who live all over the world, and one grandson in Japan.
