Designed with families in mind, it’s just a short walk to multiple beach access points—ideal for building sandcastles with the kids during the day or gathering around an evening beach fire for s'mores and stories. Whether it's sunny or stormy, Tolovana 3 is the perfect place to create lasting family memories.

When you arrive at Tolovana 3, you'll find easy parking with a covered carport and side space for larger vehicles—perfect for families traveling with kids and gear. The Beach Supply Closet is stocked with all the essentials for a fun day by the shore, including a wagon for easy transport, coolers, beach toys, and chairs, making your beach outings a breeze.

Inside, the townhome offers plenty of space to spread out and relax. The second-floor entry welcomes you with a cozy place to hang jackets, plus umbrellas for those drizzly days and neon vests to keep the family safe on evening walks. The downstairs master suite is perfect for parents looking for a little quiet time, featuring a private balcony, king-size bed, Apple TV, and full bathroom. Down the hall, the second full bathroom includes a large soaking tub and a handy dog-washing station for sandy paws. The kids will love the nearby Bunk Room, fully loaded with two twin/full bunk beds, retro gaming systems, board games, and Apple TV with all their favorite streaming apps.
