Welcome to a cosy small private single bedroom in a luxury apartment in Dublin’s city centre.
Hello! Thanks for checking out my listing! I have a cosy small private single bedroom in a luxury apartment in Dublin’s city centre. The room features a secure lock on the door, a bedside table, lamp, air filter, shelving for clothes, towels and toiletries.
My goal is to offer inexpensive, clean, and centrally located accommodation that is great value for money. This room is a great option for tourists and travelers who wish to be located right in the centre of Dublin, but also want clean modern accommodation at a competitive price. I aim to offer the most inexpensive and best value for money accommodation in Dublin City Centre.
Thanks again for checking out my listing and I hope to host you soon! :-)
The apartment offers great facilities such as FREE WiFi and great hot shower and complimentary essentials. You are welcome to use fully equipped self catering kitchen.
I am happy to offer suggestions on things to see and do in Dublin and the rest of Ireland :-)
We are located right in the heart of Dublin city centre so you have easy access to shopping and restaurants (Henry Street, Grafton Street) and sight seeing destinations like Trinity College, St. Stephen's Green, and Temple Bar. The apartment could not be more centrally located.
It is just a 1 minute walk to Dublin's historic O'Connell Street, so Dublin city is on your doorstep. It is a short walk away to most major bus routes, the Luas, Taxis, and Connolly Station (serving Dublin DART and national Irish Rail routes).
You may not meet me as I travel a lot. My caretaker Paulo will check you in and can help you with any requests you may have.
If you need anything just ask Paulo or myself. I will try to accommodate any reasonable requests as best as I can. Need more towels or toilet paper? No problem: just ask. I can also offer a lot of good suggestions on places to see or things to do. I check my Airbnb messages several times a day and you are also welcome to call or SMS me too.
To set your expectation: This is my home, it’s not a hotel, so it’s not going be like a hotel, but I am also not charging hotel prices. I provide clean rooms for a budget price. :-)
Sorry, but under no circumstances will I check in a guest after midnight as it disturbs other guests. If you arrive after midnight on the day of your check in you will need to find accommodation elsewhere.
I can not store luggage, however, I can give you directions and the name of tourism office that provides this service for a small fee.
There may be other guests staying in a different room in the same apartment during your stay. I list rooms, not the whole apartment. The apartment is not for your exclusive use. You will have to share the kitchen with other guests.
I have no curfew. Once you are checked in and have keys you are free to come and go as you please, however, please try to keep quiet when coming home late at night as other guests may be sleeping.
This is self catering accommodation, we provide breakfast but you need to clean up after yourself and do your own dishes. Dish washing liquid is provided. The kitchen is open from nine in the morning until nine at night. It is not available for use outside of these times.
If you are renting a car please keep in mind there is no free parking in Dublin. Even parking on the street is not free. There are a variety of indoor and out door parking options available, just ask and I can provide some suggestions.
My caretaker Paulo cleans the rooms after every guest checks out. He cleans the common areas and the bathroom in the hallway daily. Fresh clean bedding and towels are provided for every guest. If you are staying longer than a week and would like new needing and towels just ask Paulo and he will provide them to you.
I highly value my guests and aim for repeat bookings. If something is wrong tell me and I will try my best to correct it. I can be reached via Airbnb messaging, email, SMS, and by phone.
Very central, small and clean as described. Ideal for short stay with Wi-fi. Clean bathroom. There are two other (bigger) rooms there and therefore other guests but this was not a problem. The kitchen is available between 9am and 9pm. The caretaker, Paulo, was most helpful and there is a Tesco at the bottom of the building. This was a very affordable and well situated flat, ideal for my short stay to come and visit my daughter who studies at Trinity.
The flat is great located and is very cosy and clean. I stayed only for the night but I will definitely come back if I go to Dublin again!
My stay was really good, the room is cosy and the flat is very clean...
This is a good room for short holidays in Dublin:)
This room is exactly as it appears in the picture. The apartment is walking distance from the center of the city, and there are several bus stops just outside the door. It is perfect for a short stay in the center of the city. By far the best price for this location. Anastasia is very responsive, and replied immediately to all questions.
The room was a good price for the location. Most things were minutes away. I stayed in the room for 2 out of my 3 weeks in Dublin and never had to use public transportation. I never got to meet Anastasia, but her caretaker Paulo was very nice. The room was exactly as pictured. The bathroom was very clean as well.
Anastasia's apartment is really clean and the transportation is extremely convenient! I would like to stay here next time when I visit Dublin.
Very central location and quite easy to find. I'm absolutely terrible with directions, but was able to find the apartment easily with it only being 2 blocks from the bus stop from the airport. I didn't have the chance to meet Anastasia, but Paulo was very kind and helpful. He made me feel comfortable when I arrived and showed me everything I needed to know for my stay. The room was exactly as pictured, small but comfortable. The bathroom is shared with other guests, but Paulo makes sure it stays clean. The stay was well worth the very reasonable price and I would recommend it to anyone.
It located in the centre of Dublin city. The room is exactly the same as the photo. Althought the room is not big, it's definately perfect to suit one person to stay. Paulo is a really nice person and he gave my all the information about Dublin city. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this place to stay : )
I stayed at Anastasia's apartment for a few nights and I had an amazing time. The apartment is in the city center. Anastasia is a very very nice host and very uncomplicated. In front of the building is a supermarket and a lot of other food stores. I really recommend Anastasia's apartment.
