This is a self-contained country house with all necessary elements for you to leave your luggage and start relaxing. Bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crokery are all provided.
The house is suitable for up to six people in total. The entire building is partitioned in two independent properties: the 3-bedroom property being let, and a separate property reserved for our personal use.
Interaction with guests
You will have complete privacy and you will not have to share any room or facility. We are close by if you have any questions but we will respect your well-deserved holidays by leaving you well alone to enjoy.
Other things to note
Discover what this corner of the world has to offer: (website hidden)
Please note that to comply with local environmental and fire protection regulations and to protect our forested surroundings, we cannot allow barbecues or any other fire.
Please note also that no additional guests other than those agreed in advance are allowed.
'Rex' is our family dog and 'Ruesga' is our family horse. They are very well-behaved and respectful. Children tend to love them and they will leave you well alone to enjoy your stay. On the other hand, Rex and Ruesga think that the house has enough with them, so no additional pets are allowed, I am afraid.
You are expected to treat the property and its contents well, and to abstain from making excessive noise at unsocial hours, but this is basic common sense. Smokers are welcome at the veranda or in the garden, but not inside the house, please.
You will be given a set of keys to access both the property and the house proper, and you can expect not to be bothered by either us or the neighbours (perhaps the occasional church bell from the distance). The property has a washing machine and dishwasher, towels, bedding, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for your convenience. You can just walk in and start enjoying.

We are a couple living in Brussels.
We love art and culture, travelling and meeting interesting people, while we are not working hard ;-)
We think AirBnB is the way forward in travelling: built on trust, letting people have a more personal experience, and giving more choice as to where to stay and whom to receive. As long as you give people what they want - respectful clients and owners, quality accommodation in great places, and a way of building up a network of 'good addresses' without losing its initial identity, it will work.
