There are some great places to eat within walking distance and for those who have chosen to hire a car the choice is unlimited as you head in towards Antalya Town.
Approach the main road in front of Palm Residence and turn right. The Hayat Restaurant is a five minute walk away.

The Oz Bar (Holland cafe) (email hidden)ly bar/restaurant which serves food from around 4pm. The bar is popular with tourists and serves good quality food and also shows live sports events.
Red & White
The red & white café is on the main road, directly in front of Palm Residence and is attached to the PO petrol station.
On the ground floor there is a café which serves drinks and a selection of home cooked traditional Turkish dishes. There is no menu available and you simply choose which dishes you require from the hotplate and the waiter will bring them to you. On the top floor of Red & White is a lovely roof top bar where you can enjoy a drink and benefit from the cooling sea breeze!
The bar also has internet access so if you pop along with your laptop you will be able to connect free of charge.
Deniz Park Restaurant
A little further away (5min drive) so you will need to either take a taxi or drive to this restaurant. Take a right turn onto the main road until you reach the ‘orange’ waterfall junction. At this point take a right turn and Deniz Park is positioned on the opposite side of the road and is set up on a small hill.
The setting is outdoors and there is a nice play area for children. The restaurant specialises in barbecues and you can enjoy a private BBQ in your own individual wooden gazebo. Alternatively you can choose a dish to be brought to your table.
There are also horses and a selection of small animals for the children to see.
This open air snack bar is on the opposite side of the road to the Hayat and Oz bar Café. Great for cheap burgers, snacks and drinks
Attached to the Akka Park shopping centre, the Nexxt Bar serves light snacks, drinks (including Lattes and cappuccinos) and shows live football coverage on big screen TV’s. The Nexxt bar also has wireless internet access.

It is advisable not to drink the tap water as it may cause you to have an upset stomach. Large bottles of water can be bought very cheaply at the local shops.
The Garanti Bank generally offers a fair exchange rate and commission rate. The bank is reached by turning right onto the main road and is just a five minute walk away. Please remember you will need your passport as ID.
There are also a number of exchange offices throughout the area.
The Local Beach
The best area of the local beach is just a five minute drive away and about a 20 minute walk. The quickest way to reach this area of the beach is by crossing the main road and turning left. Walk until you reach a shopping centre called The Bazzar and then turn right. This track will lead you to the beach. The best areas of the beach are to the left hand side as they are positioned in front of the many 5 star hotels. In this area you can also enjoy water sports activities.
There is also closer access to the beach by taking one of the walkways between the shopping centres ‘Myra’ and ‘Sultan’, however this is a more natural and local stretch of beach.
