It is a cute and cozy apartment located in the centre of Florence, on the first floor of an ancient building with wooden ceiling and parquet flooring.
There are two bedrooms with two beds each, and windows facing private couryeards. Two bathrooms, a very bright living room with a sofa bed and a dining table perfect for enjoying italian cuisine and sipping on Chianti wine! The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and for those who don't like espressos there is an american coffee maker as well!
Wi fi is also available along with air conditioning and a wonderful piano!
The apartment is in a very quiet area of the city but with plenty of restaurants (vegan and vegetarian too as well as more traditional tuscan ones) and a very close supermarket. You will be 5 minutes away from the Duomo, San Marco square (with Galleria dell' Accademia and the David of Michelangelo) from where you can get on the main bus lines. If you are to come by car there is a parking 5 minutes away by foot.
A very special home in the very heart of Florence!
The only rule to follow is to take care of it! The house is very accurate to detail and above all full of books! I used to live in this house and I decided to leave something of me! Hope you enjoy it and have fun!
You'll have the place entirely to yourself so make yourself at home!
This is a great apartment and the family who owns it could not be more charming! My travel mate and I were very comfortable and we found the apartment to be conveniently located. We were able to walk everywhere and we were given a lift to the train station with our luggage, thankfully. The wifi works great and we had everything we needed.
Great host, great huge place. Sergio picked us up at train and dropped us off and couldn't have been nicer. Thank you for the wine. Awesome
Accoglienza perfetta!
Lovely place in the city center. Agnese's dad met us at a nearby car park and took us to the apartment. Cars can't go in since it is in a restricted zone. We were given a bottle of wine, milk, juice, coffee, fruits, bread, jam... enough for a nice breakfast. For dinner, we were shown a place nearby, Titto's which serves excellent steak with a great ambience. The house very neat and is in a 15th century built building with a narrow staircase but adds on to the romantic and classical feel for Florence. My kids loved the piano in the living room. All major tourist sights are walking distance away. There was a supermarket and shops nearby. Very, very convenient location. Will definitely consider staying here again next time.
Agnese and her father Sergio are both very helpful hosts and gave us plenty of great tips for things to do and places to eat in lovely Florence. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent and gave us our best dining experiences in Italy. The apartment is very large and comfortable and is situated within an easy walking distance to the main tourist cites in this amazing city. Sergio's kind offer of transport to the train station was very much appreciated.
Excelente apartamento, dentro de varios apartamentos ha sido el mejor. Sergio (Padre de Agnese) es una excelente persona y nos apoyó en todo momento. Ubicación y amenidad excelentes. Muy recomendado.
Everything went perfectly! Agnese's father, Sergio, was a gem and waited an extra hour to pick us up from the train station since our train had been running late. The apartment is exactly as it seems in the photos- charming, well located, and very spacious. Everything was exceptional, and it was the best stay we could have had in Florence. Thanks girls and thanks to Sergio!
